Review of booking

Change of ownership is terrible, avoid Booking.com at all costs.

As the new owner of a B&B which is operating, the change of ownership process has been terrible. I have waited for hours on hold. They send transfer of ownership emails in Dutch and the process is really long and confusing. All the while the house is full of bookings. I have not been able to access my extranet (that is the platform controlling the bookings) for a month! I still have no access and I bought the property in April, its now June. I need to honour current bookings but I don't know what they are. Its a totally terrible company.

I booked via booking.com. my card was charged. I cancel the booking and hotel said we refunded, ask booking for payment refunds, its been 18mins on call waiting but no one showed up to talk.

ATT Cellular Bait and Switch

We were sold ATT cellular at $120 p/m for 4 lines and new iPhones included. We were happy with T Mobile at $170 but saving $50 per month and getting new phones is a good deal. After several weeks of hell it’s apparent that the sales rep lied through his teeth. Our bill is well into the high $200s and as of yet no one can really confirm what it will be in the end, but it certainly won’t meet his written quote. ATT keeps giving us different stories and can’t seem to confirm anything. This is just an atrocious con and the salesman and his supervisor have ghosted us.

Illegal practice / charging you without informing.

When you subscribe to any course, domestika automatically adds you Domestika Plus Subscription without saying that actually this is a paid service for which You will need to pay after one months. Then they charged me actually twice without sending any message (where is normally they send messages every second day almost.) I strongly disadvice this website. It is illegal practice in Europe, and I’m going to bring it to the consumers’ ombudsman.

They don’t give reader's the opportunity to come to their own conclusion about stories they air because the stories are one sided...CNNs opinions and only their opinion. Don’t much care for Fox News either but I’ll turn it on to keep current on world happenings before I do CNN.

Old Town Trolley Key West

Had a great experience with Old Town Trolley Key West. Ian was knowledgeable and had many humorous tales about the area. He even took our picture in front of the Key West sign! We booked the trolley for 2 days and we’re glad we did. The hop on, hop off feature worked out fine.

Target Gift Card Scam

I purchased a Target gift card for my grandbaby. When my daughter presented it to pay a few days later there was no money on it! The money was stolen off the card! Apparently there's some kind of scam going on using Target gift cards and Target is aware of it! I've now found articles online about how money is being stolen from the gift cards after you put money on them! To make matters worst, you CAN'T show the receipt and get your cash back. You have to go through an investigation process and Target will MAIL you ANOTHER gift card which takes 14 BUSINESS DAYS to receive! It's MY money and I should've been given my money back since it's a well known Target problem. I contacted the manager at the store and he said "Yes, I tell my customers to check the card before they leave the store to make sure the money is there". How about NOT SALE TARGET GIFT cards! Why not let your customers know there's a scamming problem! Target has offered nothing but an useless apology for ALL the inconvenience.

Spotify makes no sense what so ever. If you are not a major artist Spotfiy will not give you any recommendation for your song. They want for you to pay money so that you song can become more popular. If Spofity thinks you are botting they will take your song off. But all the major artist are doing so they don't care about them.

CHARTWELL CAFE

Chartwell Cafe. Having been members of the NT for 30+ years, Chartwell has been a favourite venue: Close to home, good walks, nice gardens, and of course Churchill's home. We have witnessed the gradual decline in the value offered by the cafe. Recently they switched their soup bowl from a generous size to one akin to a coffee cup whilst increasing the price. Their stock control leaves a lot to be desired also. Example: Their excellent Cornish Pasties, a favourite of mine, are seldom available after 12 noon because, they say, "sorry- sold out". So why not increase the order? Replenish the display when needed, at least until the end of the lunchtime period. Not good for business and certainly a customer relationship issue easily remedied. On my more recent visit they had stopped selling their pasties and sausage rolls "because we have a chef in the kitchen". The so-called "chef" was offering jacket potatoes with baked beans or tuna, and an unappealing couple of main courses. They need to get their act together or else give up their attempt to call it a restaurant. How about inviting Costa or Cafe Nero to run it asa franchise?

Since my cancellation of my HP Ink…

Since my cancellation of my HP Ink subscription. I would normally go through two black ink cartridges too one color ink cartridge. Now when supply level gets this low it quits printing the color or black ink cartridge, when clearly my supply level shows I still have a level left for me to print. I replaced the color cartridge on the 17th of November and now I’m having to do it again on the 2nd of December. I would add a photo of my supply levels if this app would let me to prove my honesty.

Despicable, disgraceful and toxic business

Please you must avoid this platform! The customer care is abysmal and despicable. The customer care is pathetic and they will block your account and do everything possible to avoid you using the platform and accessing your cash. They will never respond and I’m completely lost and haven’t a clue what to do and have lost my money to this fraudulent platform. 🥲🥲🥲Today again I spent hours on the phone to customer services but even they will divert from the issue and will not help.Coinbase will reply to this complaint and ask me to call customer care which I have already over 16 times over a three month time period! They are now severely effecting my mental health and I’m not too sure what to do 🥲🥲

My opinion good/bad

My experiences with this firm is good and bad. I get my order quick and in fine plastic or whatever. My bad experiences is to return - i had a heavy sweater who was about 2kg and it costed me about 20kr/2,5€ more money since the return lap is a 7€ stamp. It's fine for a shirt or t-shirt - but if you're not sure about a size in a sweater you should go to the store.

Terrible scammy company. Signed up for a debit card thinking I could use to purchase crypto..turns out it is a pre-paid card. I was never informed of this clearly. Avoid this company at all costs!!
