Charged for replying to a text to confirm booking, but then customer service puts blame on restaurant. Will just book direct with restaurant next time. It’s obvious that due to reducing fees to the restaurants they are now claiming it back through people booking.Shocking when not even made aware.

This review is for the problem that the expert solved for me, which I'm thankful for. The work done by the expert was mostly helpful and got answers that were about what I got when I did it by myself. However, the one part that was not completely matching was the balanced reaction. In my class, a global combustion reaction means having an '(O2 + N2)' instead of just 'O2' on the reactant side. That would make the product side have an 'N2'. Although the reaction was different, it didn't make the answers very different from mine. Still the point remains that the solution was not exactly what I was expecting.

Terrible experience with Agoda hotel booking. The default is book now pay later. What they don't tell you is that that the price isn't locked in at time of booking. When you actually make payment, the price increases by 10% not only due to the changes in exchange rate, but also an increase in the hotel price itself. By then, it's too late to cancel the booking. The initial price is cheap for a reason. Don't get taken in by that price, because you will invariably end up paying more.

I had trouble with getting responses since I was not aware that I had access to limited responses when you are using the "free" plan... I used all of my responses just by myself to make sure that the survey was working. So I was left with ZERO openings for real responses. I decided then to upgrade my plan, cause I had already shared the link in different channels. However, I was not allowed to pay for just a month, I had to pay for a year. Which of course makes no sense if I want to use it just once. And no I would never recommend it, regardless of how good or bad the actual product is.

Worst customer service if you can call it service. Spotify started to play when every it liked on any device it was paired to. Couldn't call but do text on there site. They responded to my problem by saying it's the devices that are the cause and not spotifys fault. I have reached out a few more times and got the same answer every time. I they deleted my subscription and Uninstalled the app. Spotify will never be downloaded and never get a penny from me ever again!

The purchasing on line was simple and worked well. The book arrived a few days later in the post - having been despatched the same day as I ordered it. The book is nicely produced and a pleasure to hold. Page layout is clear. I have started using it - it is daily readings for Lent - so cannot yet review the contents, although so far they are good.

Great tool but.... Couple of little things that bug me, automated actions are very basic (rediculous in fact), projects are terrible and fields like website don't prefill even though we know the email address of the user. Web scraping of the user details happens too infrequently to be a useful feature. Contacts end up messy as ProsperWorks duplicates or puts them in random ProsperWorks groups instead of updating the contact. These things often make me consider moving to another platform.Great features are Gmail integration, email open notifications, Google Slides integration, web scraping of user details (when it happens).
