A really poor experience and people with tied hands who show no compassion

The service was utterly dreadful. I attempted to install the application and entered my email and password.Then, I received a message stating that my account had been blocked.When I asked why, I was told it was due to a policy breach regarding returns. I confirmed that I had not made any returns, so this could not be accurate.I regularly shop from ASOS, and I have never had any issues with returns. Their sizing is accurate, and the quality is good as well.The person, 'Anushka," showed no compassion or effort to understand and ended the conversation.

Anchal... the most incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic 'customer support' I have ever experienced... whatever the company or industry. I now almost understand what to do and that would have been impossible by just reading the 'how to guide'. This is what customer support should be globally. Missing basic features

Xero is a well-known cloud-based software designed for small to medium-sized businesses and was recommended to us by our accountants. It offers a range of features to help manage finances. While Xero was praised for its ease of use and integration capabilities, there are several aspects of the system that we find lacking or annoyingly inconvenient.Very Basic Job CostingXero's job costing functionalities are extremely basic. This limitation can be a significant drawback for businesses that require robust project tracking and management tools to monitor timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively.Purchase Orders LimitationsOne major drawback of Xero is that purchase orders cannot be directly linked to projects. For businesses that rely heavily on job-based accounting, this is a substantial inefficiency.Limited Contact and Delivery Address SelectionXero does not allow users to select a specific contact within a customer or supplier account, nor does it support different ship-to nor ship-via addresses. This limitation leads to frustration, confusion and administrative overhead, as users need to manually input contact and delivery information for each transaction, increasing the chance of errors.Limited User Rights ManagementXero's user rights management is almost non-existing. A significant concern is that users who need access to inventory items also gain access to sensitive financial information, such as bank accounts. This lack of granular control over user permissions can pose security risks.Bank Reconciliation and Communication LimitationsWhile Xero allows for linking of bank accounts for reconciliation purposes, it does not support direct communication with banks for bill payments. This limitation forces users to rely on either manual processes or third-party applications to handle payments.Inconsistent User InterfaceNot all sending screens in Xero look the same. Each document type (invoices, quotes, etc.) Presents a different interface, which is confusing and inconsistent. This inconsistency can affect user experience and efficiency, as users must adapt to different layouts and workflows for similar tasks.Batch Bill Payment Description IssuesWhen processing batch bill payments, Xero displays these transactions as a single batch payment on the reconciliation screen. However, it does not show the description of the individual batch payments as entered by the user. This lack of detail can make it difficult to reconcile transactions and track payment histories accurately.No Delivery Notes nor Goods Received FunctionXero does not provide the ability to create outgoing nor incoming delivery notes, which are essential for documenting the dispatch and receipt of goods. This limitation can pose challenges for businesses that need to track deliveries and ensure accurate inventory management. Without delivery notes, there is an increased risk of discrepancies.Xero not Listening to Their UsersXero users actively request and upvote the features they need on a dedicated forum, but it appears that generic responses are often given, with little real progress made on the actual requests. This has led to the perception that Xero is pushing its users towards third-party applications. The ability to “allow multiple addresses for a single contact record” has the most upvotes and has been requested more than 10 years ago. A Xero Admin responded “that this is not something that we’ll be able to focus our attentions on in the near future” in the forum request to assign a purchase order to a project.While the Xero Accounting System offers a range of useful features for small to medium-sized businesses, it is not without its limitations. The basic project management system, lack of certain functionalities in purchase orders and invoices, and limited user rights management are notable drawbacks that can impact business efficiency and security. Additionally, inconsistencies in the user interface and the need for third-party applications for certain banking tasks add complexity to the system. Businesses considering Xero should weigh these limitations against the system's benefits to determine if it meets their specific needs. We are actively investigating alternatives.

Using Outlook mail

Using Outlook mail, especially the last 2 mos.; has been horrendous. No problem signing in, but will not sign out. E-mails do not load, half the time. It seems like after a Microsoft update about 2 mos.;ago, things have gone south for Outlook. I will be changing e-mail providers.

They recognized my cell phone number as…

They recognized my cell phone number as a VOIP, instead of cell and wouldn't allow me to add it to account recovery. I ended a twenty year relationship with them over it.They wouldn't fix it or manually add my number, which Gmail recognized as a cell.

Uber Eats and customer service

Placed an order with Uber Eats. Almost as soon as the order was placed I received a series of calls from the merchant (a bakery) telling me that 6 of 8 items were unavailable. I was advised to cancel the order with Uber (staff at the bakery were apparently unaware that they could cancel). I cancelled the order and was told that there would be a charge of $27.XX for cancellation. The Uber rep said that she coud not contact the bakery to verify my claim. I called the Bakery and within minutes had someone tell me that the situation would be cleared up. What bothered me was that I then received a note from Uber that said there was a resolution to my call to them???????. I now know better than to use Uber Eats to order stuff that may not be available (i.e.from grocery stores and bakeries). Use an app where prices can be adjusted.

I have used this company a few times. The latest t shirt i purchased was of a very good quality print not like those cheap nasty transfers you sometimes get but i presume ink jetted into the fabric i cant fault it in any way. Delivery to uk was quick with no hidden cost. And i have more designs in my basket waiting to purchase
