A design fault in the Sonicare handle (the pin that holds the brush becomes loose) has meant I've needed several replacement sets after the first purchase. After contacting Customer Services today, it seems that the warranty is only for the first-time purchase. Any replacement handle isn't covered, so it's at their discretion whether to replace. All items supplied should be fit for purpose but aren't. Clearly, they need to fix the design fault as several other people have the same complaint. I'm out of pocket with brush heads I can't use but more importantly it's an environmental disaster with so many unusable and unreturnable gadgets lying around. Philips - do better!

An unbelievably greedy company! My Photography plan (20GB) annual subscription is increasing from £9.98 to £24.99 “just because”. No doubt the company will hide behind increasing costs etc etc but does that justify a 50% hike in charges for existing customers? And when you want to have a moan about it, you have to do so with a far from brilliant robot. Honestly, I hate companies like this.

I love buying from Creative Market! Products are always good, purchase history is available for years. I have not had to use customer service for at least five years and that's just amazing! It's a good website that offers cheap prices (at least compared to other booking websites) but just like other booking webs too, it also has LOOPHOLES.First, the booking cancellation. On my side, I early booked a room at a hotel in Cebu and I was never hesitate because the WEBSITE (Agoda) said that IT HAS FREE CANCELLATION and FREE REFUND. After few days, my schedule suddenly change and I wanted to change the dates on my early booking but upon my login to this wsite, my booking suddenly displayed "This booking is non-refundable" and when I messaged the hotel management, they said that I should talk to Agoda for that matters. I waited again for few days and suddenly got an email from the wsite that says I CAN'T CANCEL my booking! Second, they DID NOT ACCEPT my payment on my e-wallet so I used my personal bank account instead. I am really DISAPPOINTED on this website and will never recommend it to anyone else!

I purchased a HP Envy x360 and have had nothing but problems with the computer from the start. I've repeatedly had the blue screen of death. I spent an entire day with their help desk trying to fix it on multiple occasions. After this last go, they've determined it's a hardware issue that isn't fixable. On top of that, I'm told it's outside the warranty. I've had the laptop for a year and half. I run a busy business and I can tell you this is a terrible company, one that doesn't back their products. We also purchased a printer that doesn't work half the time. It repeatedly says offline. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work. I'd shy away from this company. Actually, run from this company. It's one thing to make a terrible product, but to not back it when I've only had it for a year and a half AND I have a clear trail of problems with it from the beginning. Terrible...terrible!

Never trust these scammers. I am just a student and a loss of 8000 was huge pain for me. My father won't trust me anymore. These stupid Amazon people.

Purchased t-shirts, they forgot to track, purchased more t-shirts and they sent me the wrong ones and now instead of rectifying the issue they refuse to deal with me and claim it's the second complaint so it's my fault.Terrible service, one agent accused me of going to a local store to con them (they don't have retail stores in Australia) when pictures were provided. Don't purchase from abroad they will not help you at all. Shocking
