Review of bigcommerce

Constantly frustrated

Constantly frustrated with this platform. There staff are quick to respond but ill equipped to offer support.Ideas to improve the quality of the platform and therefore performance of the stores on bigcommerce are not implemented adequately if at all.It's highly inflexible, which my be beneficial for non technical users but very poor for advanced users.I will be recommending to our MD that we migrate to another ecommerce cms.

Review of oculus

Facebook account banned for apparently…

Facebook account banned for apparently "breaking community standards". I don't use my account for anything other than Oculus, zero friends added. So I contact Oculus and they tell me it could take 7 days to review my account. Meanwhile, cannot use my device because of Facebook's suspension. If my account is not unsuspended, I will not be able to use my Oculus again and because it's past the 30 day "refund policy", I cannot return it or get a refund on the £200 I spent on games! I am sure this is against EU consumer laws. Anyway, what an utterly disgusting company Facebook is.

TERRIBLE customer service

TERRIBLE customer service. They don't care at all. I've used T-Mobile, Verizon, and Google FI, and FI is by far the worst at customer service. They won't even let you speak with a Tier 2 tech support or supervisor. Flat out refusal by two representatives and one hung up without a call back or notation.

Great service and prices

Great service and prices compared to other platforms.There are just a few issues.There have been a few games that still do not work on moden systems without the need for the user to make modifications to game files or find work arounds. Although admiral and one of the biggest reason why I choose GOG over alternative platforms. It seems that the No DRM policy hurts the potential for this platform to grow and for users to find games to purchase. This policy should not change but it would be nice for companies and developers to advocate for less draconian DRM practices or shorter windows before removing it to make software purchases and ownership as convent as possible for consumers.

Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever experienced - severe lack of content from creator when signing up so instantly requested a refund, no response from creator so took this up with Patreon support. Took multiple chases to get anything out of them, which led to then being fobbed off with a refund form, surprise surprise no response until I raised a PayPal claim, they were quick to reply then with "not in our refund policy".Do not touch Patreon with a barge pole, rip off and shoddy customer service.

This company should be avoided, they are charging £49.99 for a new router as our old one was found to be faulty. Surely if you are paying for a service and their equipment is at fault and you cannot access the internet, you are not getting the service you are paying for, so the router should be replaced free of charge. Terrible customer service.

One star for Instagram is one to many! If it would be possible to grade Instagram, I would give them -5 ... so 5 below zero (me being mild!). Their recent upgrade made it - the lady in my early fifties I am, with my 8 year old and totally perfect functioning and whit lots of love cared for Iphone 6 - impossible for me to take part in their Instagram program. No more contact with my children and nearest family members and friends ... So I have to by a new Iphone? Are you nuts? II haven’t got the money to by a new one! My old one is still functioning and cared for! Why the heck should I buy a new one? Only because you, Instagram, makes it impossible for me reach to my loved ones? I DON’T THINH SO!!! How sustainable -agenda 2032 - do you think you are?

You guys can't sensor cp or other adult activities and just keep pushing your agenda. Also calm those ads tf down cuh. Like its just too much. Ya'll already making 29.8 Biliion in profits now just calm down how much more do you need.
