I want to close my account, but they won't allow me, they first want literally all my personal data to "verify" my account (which was fully verified before but somehow become unverified).If I try to reach out to support, the app just redirects me to an article saying I need to tell them even how many eyelashes and moles I have in my body. I don't even live in the country I set anymore, and in order to change it they also want me to contact support.It's a pathetic app and it's a pity they will have to keep my data, with my account open and some cents in it. Fortunately I withdrew everything before you decided to become this way.

Paid for a yearly plan via BACS only to find out that it will take 3-10 days to initiate the account. Could not find a customer contact number and eventually used their 24/7 help email. I ended up paying another £99 to obtain instant access. One day later they contacted me to tell me I would be able to swap my account provided I have not used a paid feature...Duhhhh too late because that's how you retrieve the data. NOT IMPRESSED.
Review of mailerlite
We thought we'd be very efficient and emailed all our customers Christmas greetings and office closing hours. We subscribed in the morning and sent out the emails. Some email addresses were invalid - presumable due to staff changes etc. In the afternoon, MailerLite said the number of 'bounced' emails was above their threshold, so they cancelled our account and refused a refund. So not a huge amount ($60+ for 1 month's subscription) but not very happy with this company. Not recommended.

Tip tactics: Absolutely furious with their underhand methods to take a tip / contributions to their platform: they trick you into thinking its your gift aid. On a mobile phone its so hard to see. I made a £50 contribution and these thieves took an additional £8.5 from me before I realised. I would have been happy to have given £1 or something towards costs. These thieves take money on both sides. I hope someday somebody sues them. Of course there is no way to contact them.

Really poor Customer Support, takes a long time to get a response and I haven’t had any response to my emails for over a week. Having issues with adding bank details and they cannot provide any help, other than telling me to repeat things I have already done.About to loose all my donations, being refunded, and this is all because Customer Support are not answering my emails.Very poor and disappointing.

I just watched the secret lives of Mormon wives. As an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I thought it was so disgusting and such a gross misrepresentation of the church. These girls have nothing to do with the church except that they were born into it. They are not actively a part of it. You would never make a show about the secret lives of Catholic/baptist/methodist wives. I’m unsubscribing.
Review of bitwarden
Had some concerns about unexpected behaviors on my iPhone where Bitwarden password search popped up. I found a contact method on the Bitwarden site where I could submit my question by email. I was pleasantly shocked the receive a reply within an hour with useful answers to both questions I asked. I was able to resolve my issue immediately.
