Review of panasonic
Bought approx 3 years ago from Comet store for £120, used for a few months before I left UK for a year to work overseas. On return I used the microwave for a few months before the plate turntable stopped revolving. Comet staff agreed that the item should not have malfunctioned and repaired it.
I used the microwave for approximately six more months before accepting another ex-UK posting, returning in April this year. The microwave broke down a week ago and there is no power to the unit.
As the microwave casing is robustly manufactured from stainless steel, giving the impression of a well made, durable piece of equipment, I contacted Panasonic customer services to ask that they assist in getting the item repaired - after all, it had less than 12 months accumulated usage and is far too good to consign to landfill because of (another) possibly minor malfunction. Its performance to date didn't inspire me to invest in a repair and so I asked Panasonic.com to help out.
One standard 'these are our crap terms and conditions' response later, I am looking at retiring the unmerchantable scrap to the local dump. What a terrible waste of the planet's resources.
I truly hope that Panasonic don't trumpet environmental concerns as part of their sales patter as this item is one example of their throwaway, made-in-China manufacturing choices and hollow after sale support of a supposedly 'quality' item.
In future I shall buy cheap electricals from the supermarkets and not waste hard earned cash on big brand names in expectation of more reliability.

Review of discordapp
I've always loved Discord until..., after seeing this Phone Verification thing it's annoying and is frankly the worst thing to deal with, because it literally blocks you out of your account, where you've invested so much information and time just to get blocked because of a phone number change. And not just that but also the variety of hackers, along with lack of support. That's why I'm giving this a rate of 1 star. I really do hope discord works on improving these issues, but I'm starting to doubt they even care.

Wouldn't even give them one star! Got temporary ban for cheating when I clearly know I haven't.When I appealed the ban they told me there wasn't anything they could do to help, When I ask what I was banned for they said for leaving a ranked game, which I've only even done once because their server kicked me.When I ask for more information they got rude and defensive, then looped me into an automated system which repeated the same answer. Their customers service is a joke, either they genuinely can't help and won't help me understand what's going on with my account, or they can help and they just don't care about their customers unless they're streamers.
Review of squareup
A whole year has passed since we opened our establishment, and Square has with us from the beginning. We appreciate how they organize our finances and simplify our bank transactions. Each time we discover new features for our convenience, such as reports, apprais, and discounts. We are very satisfied with Square and do not wish to change it.

Been with Dreamhost for many years and rarely have had to contact with a problem. My recent experience with Andres over the phone was very positive, with a fast result and so a solution to my problem, which embarrassingly turned out to be something simple. Great relief and thanks due.

Review of Microsoft
Had been using their reward program for years, saving up points. When I tried to redeem something, I'm suddenly banned. Funny how when I first started and had few points, I was able to redeem something no problem - but when I have hundreds of dollars worth of points...Contacting support results in a form letter reply received a week later passing the case to another department. A week after that, they close the case with another form letter claiming I broke one or more of a list of rules.Having reviewed them, I opened another ticket insisting I didn't, and asking for the account to be restored, or for them to at least tell me what I allegedly did wrong. Futile. Same week long delays, same form letters.

Review of bitdefender
The software runs fine but absolutely horrible experience with Bitdefender's billing policy in Germany. The company outsources its billing to a 3rd party Digital River which automatically sets the purchase to a subscription model with automatic extension, which one might not desire. When I tried to change this, I either get a order number/password not recognized message despite resetting my password on Digital River's portal multiple times. When I tried to send an email about this, I got back a mail saying that the portal automatically rejects any email coming from the domain yahoo.com, which in itself is laughable. The two stars are purely cause the software works otherwise if possible, I would give it a negative rating.
