after waiting more than 1 hour without finding any driver to drop me my food, I requested the cancelation but instead of letting me do it, they kept me transferring between agents till a driver was assigned and my order was picked up and delivered more than 2 hours later. so incredible how bad their costumer service is able to handle situations like this. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I have booked round trip flight from Burbank to Tulsa (on 08/10/2014) and Return on (08/14/2014) Confirmation number: M68QR5. The Burbank to Tulsa ticket was "Wanna Get Away" and Return flight is booked as "Anytime"(Which is a flexible ticket with much higher price). Due to heavy traffic I could not reach up to catch the outbound flight in Burbank and due to which "No Show" appeared on my outbound flight but they cancelled my whole Itinerary and forfeited all the charges So I lost my return ticket as well although I have not travelled yet. Once my ticket has been cancelled I received an email which has link to Southwest "No Show" policy. It states that only "Wanna Get Away" and "DING" type tickets are subjected to "No Show" policy but they forfeited my return ticket as well although its a "Anytime" type ticket. When I called Southwest customer care they say that its their policy to forfeit all the amount on the itinerary although I'm willing to travel on the rest of the flights on the itinerary which does not make any sense.

Worst ordering in the history of ordering online. Placed an online order for 7 items, received tracking for 7 different shipments all on different days. Will never order from Macy's online again. Save yourself some time, money and energy and order from somewhere else!

Been trying to place an order from abroad but to be shipped within the USA. It has taken 3 hours, being diconnected a thousand times, talked to, possibly, every agent they have in Customer Service, Customer Protection, Credit Dpt and Macy's.com Dept. Used 2 different credit cards, approved on the bank with a call, still I can't get the order and they repeat the same message over and over again: contact your bank. I'm furious!!!! can one no longer purchase something and get even a decent customer service? No one knows what to do and then when I finally get transferrred to the "one that's going to solve it" after I confirm my data fot the umpteenth time I GET DISCONNECTED.

The bag I wanted was out of stock on the Canadian website. Had to buy from the UK website for more than double the price. Bag came in stock the next day in CAD website, unable to access any customer service links for the UK website.Unsure if I will even be able to return this bag.
