We recently purchased a wool rug for our bedroom for $720 but realuzed that it had a tear in it soon after we had laid it down. Wayfair responded quickly after we sent them pictures. They gave us a full refund and told us to donate the rug or put it out for trash. They were easy to deal with and responded within a few days. Since then we have bought 3 more rugs from them.

Excellent web payment gateway for an ecommerce website. Top notch support. Anytime I needed help, pleasant knowledgeable staff is a phone call or live chat away with all the answers. Actual real live people assist you on chat way later than I wpuld have ever expected. If you need a internet store front, it'a available. You do the site work and are resposible for advertising, but there are many intergration apps, plenty of them are free. Build a buy button to paste anywhere you like, people simply click on it and you get paid next business day. Also, shopify doesn't attempt to control you, pretty hands off unless you need help. Highly recommended.

Cannot report a fraudulent Shopify business (supposed to paste URL not of the business but of order, but this doesn't work) where I bought something that was not delivered. No Shopify customer care whatsoever, just some chatbot/a.i. that's zero help beyond automated answers. Basically no remuneration or resolution center to deal with issues or when a business is fraudulent. Very bad. Avoid Shopify.

Absolutely shocking customer service. They say there is buyers protection but it's worthless. I purchased something that was seriously damaged when it arrived. I complained but they said that you could see it in the picture but you had to really blow up the image to see it! Plus the description said it was like new with no damage mentioned at all. I will never but off them again!

I’m using clover for more than a year at my liqor store Cosecha wine and spirits in Des Plaines, Illinois. Clover is holding my funds for more than 9 days now. We had some over the phone orders through local wholesaler’s and there were 2 disputes. In past 20 months we never had any disputes. The 2 disputes are from the bulk orders we received from a local vendor. I already explained in the email received from risk and provided the required documentation. Please release my funds as it’s affecting my business. I’m running a small store. My rent is due and have to pay my distributors.

Cant recover email, it come up saying i needed to set up 2 step authentication the issue i had was I used my finger print on my phone for the password and couldn't remember my password to type, the information i used to recover it was over 20 years old like Xbox I.D ect I cant remember any of it and you cant talk to anyone directly its just websites and bots none help at all, had this email over 20 years and its gone just like that, joke of a company and support cant tell you how frustrated I am and angry

I got scammed by a website which i was referred to by Kayak flights website , i was scammed into purchasing five airline tickets for me and my family , which as shared with me after the purchase transaction completed did not include any luggage. While i was purchasing the said tickets there was no mentioned in the online journey to indicate the tickets don’t include luggage , i have with me the screen grabs from a sample journey .I later received a confirmation email from the website , the email didnt mention any reference to luggage inclusions.I received a phone call from the website sales agent “Chris” informing me that the booking has gone through with the airline but there was no luggage included in the booking.At this stage i am not even certain whether we have confirmed airline seats. All i have is the above order confirmation email without any airline reference number.Upon calling the website back and repeated request for refund the website agent has given us no other option but to purchase luggage costing $1000 a piece .

Despite the name, Deviantart is not an art website. It's a pic-dump flooded with images stolen from other websites, AI generated pictures, spam, fetish content and even child pornography. The images you see as a visitor are hand picked and do not represent the content shown to you once you sign up and log in. There is no system in place to battle any illegal content, with just a hand full of staff members relying entirely on the users to report illegal content, while reporting illegal content is made as difficult as possible and in many cases is only possible if one's own copyrights are being violated. To make things worse, there are close to no consequences for people who violate DA's own rules as reports/complaints are ignored on a regular basis.Apart from that, every gallery on the website is AI controlled, meaning users have little to no control over the images they are shown by the system. DeviantArt's own AI image generator called "Dreamup", which is being advertized as an "ethical" AI, was trained with literally millions of pieces of art used without consent of the artists, which is why "DA" has been sued by a group of artists.

I got change Preserve and have been paying annual charges of $600. With such an annual fee, I expected they provide benefits they advertised. One such benefit is travel cancellation and travel delay. After purchasing airfare through Change Preserve, I filed claims through their benefits website for travel cancellation and delay that resulted because of April 16th storms in Dubai. Inspite of a such well know and genuine issue, and after lot of back and forth and documentation, the benefits declined both my claims on the basis of no proof that airlines didn't pay me. As we booked through expedia, Expedia didn't give us any proof that no such benefit is paid. All said, it is a very very frustrating and painful process.
