My experience with Delta Airlines was extremely disappointing. We encountered a significant delay at the airport, causing a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, the customer service we received from Delta Airlines was quite unpleasant, as their representatives demonstrated rudeness and lack of empathy.To add to the frustration, I received a message after my flight instructing me to submit the necessary paperwork to claim compensation. However, I am still waiting for any further updates regarding the status of my claim.

I want Yelp to cease and desist contact with me. Over the past 24 months, I've written accurate reviews on Yelp about businesses that I used as a customer. Despite the fact the reviews were accurate and honest, Yelp removed my reviews without explanation. At the same time, Yelp bombards me with advertising junk. This is hypocritical and dishonest: Yelp wants my money but censors my consumer opinions. If Yelp doesn't value my honest reviews then it shouldn't be taking my time, consumer interest, and money. Until Yelp ceases to objectify me as a human ATM machine, the business should cease and desist contacting me.

Horrible customer support, horrible automated system. Horrible communication, horrible thick accented phone techs you can't understand, impossible to finish a claim after they lost your package... Absolute pile of HORSE SHIT FOR A COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR PACKAGE !!!

I have not used the site for over a year. Now they claim I signed up for a free preview and they reactivated my account and took $83 from my PayPal account. When I saw the charge, I logged in to studoc to see why. Now they refuse to refund more than half of my money as they say I accessed a file (though I did not….the file they claimed I accessed isn’t even offered by my school!!). They are a rip off.
Review of mega
They answer technical help requests promptly and even are prepared to help users with the free accounts. I moved to Mega from another famous cloud store that was getting very irritating with poor file and folder handling. Mega allows much better editing and arrangement of files within folders. Also allows sharing links with non-members to view photos and download as required. So it seems it's very reliable and I have had few issues at all so I vote it very highly recommended for storing files safely. All nicely secure.

BEWARE do not buy mastercard gift cards !! Tried to do gift cards for Christmas via MasterCard.com and it was a disaster from start to finish. Not only was my credit card charged and the e-card email was never sent and there is no way to get in touch with anyone other than a foreign call center that sends you to another third party that didn’t answer. Thank god I used my Amex card and was able to reverse the charge.

Awful company to deal with. You try to write an honest review on a hotel and they won't post it, claiming it violates their policies. How is the fact that it was my birthday and the disgusting hotel tainted my birthday a violation of their policies? They want you to post positive reviews not honest ones. I do not recommend them at all.

I would not even give them a star but I had no choice so I can write a review. Do not, again, do not use hotels.com since they charge more than what the hotel actually charges. They overcharged me over $250 and will not refund the money. They con people in order to protect off their customers / victims. Do not use the site.
Review of google
Wish I could leave a zero star review. We have been trying for a month now to have our funds released and returned to us after having to pay almost $300 to replace a broken phone. We have spoken to 3 customer service reps and they all tell us that our funds have been released for our refund. Finally called our bank today and had to submit a formal dispute against Google Fi because nothing has been submitted from them to our bank. We got notified from FedEx that our device was delivered and received, but still had to call Google 4 days later because our account said they hadn't received it yet. The 3 customer service reps we have spoken with kept telling us 7-14 business days, first call was on 12/19/24, last call was on 1/6/25 and still not received our refund and received email to contact our financial institution. So today we contacted our bank, nothing received from Google, so now we have the formal dispute and our bank working to help us. Next call will be to whoever the highest ranking person we can contact. I absolutely recommend you read ALL reviews and do intense research before singing up for their service
