The service Rep Justin was great. 100% accommodating, knowledgeable, and made every thing work out great despite the mistake being a 100% my fault. As a paramedic and firefighter I have to deal with people having rough days every shift and I'm sure you guys get you're fair share of misplaced frustration. Keep an eye on that guy, knowledge and proficiency delivered through an approachable and understanding individual is an asset regardless of job title.

Awful delivery service. I have now lost count of the times my items have been dumped on the path just inside my front gate in plain view of anyone passing and with no protection from the weather. Delivery shows as 'left in or near a shed' or 'handed to resident; which are out and out lies. Never any attempt to ring the doorbell. Disgraceful service.

This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a booking platform.Agoda double booked my room (Booking ID: 1894231083) at Saravoan Royal Palace, charged me twice, and then — unbelievably — marked me as a no-show, even though I was physically staying in the hotel the entire time.I’ve now received a notification that I’ve been charged a no-show fee for a booking I clearly used — you couldn’t make this up.To make it worse, Agoda support has been completely unhelpful. I submitted the booking confirmation, credit card statement, screenshots — and instead of taking any action, they just kept sending the same boilerplate request for information I’d already given them multiple times.This is either gross incompetence or a system designed to dodge responsibility. Either way, I will never book through Agoda again. Avoid them if you value your time, money, or sanity.

It has the most complete database of yarn, patterns, and designers on the internet and has been a solid resource for years. It also includes forums, messaging, and ways to buy and sell stash yarn direct from other users. Their offering is robust and their policy to keep out the monetization of hate speech and memorabilia protects their users. The fact is that many users wish to continue hurting others and Ravelry is not afraid to stand up. Their redesign maintains all of the same functionality as before. I recommend the Night Light function or adjusting your monitor settings if harsh colors bother you in general.

One of the worst online programs I have ever come across. Purchased a program through Dewalt website for a Contractors Exam Prep. Can not get passed the first site, keep getting a time out message. I have tried on multiple computers and cell phones. Tech support act like they are reading from a book. This is an exam prep, not a test, there is no reason that the site should be giving a timed out session error message. The "support" blame the student, but this is server error.

I would give them zero stars if possible.I had my account for 1 week, did 1 trade and then realised how bad their spreads (hidden fees were), got out of the trade flat, so im not out of pocket, except for the wasted possible profit. Yes - i was seduced by the name, and the "low fees", but when you actually work out the spread fees (which they make really hard to do), you then realise that they are basically the worst option to trade through.To be 100% accurate - I put a BTC trade on this week at around 100k and got out flat at around 104k... Yes you read that correct. Their total spread on a buy - hold - sell, was 4.1%. I saw the market moving up and I went back into my account to see that I still couldn't sell at a profit, so I sat down and worked the full maths out, and yes their spread is 4.1%. I am now moving to Kraken Pro - where the exact trade would have costs me 0.8%.So in short - they are super expensive to use and much better options out there.Also - the UX on their app is really really bad. I currently use 3 other platforms and this is the only one that I have had to spend a couple of hours on youtube watching tutorials on.............And their account closing process.......
