I have purchased an assortment of young plants from Hanfgarten and was always impressed with the quality and the fast delivery of my orders. I am an unexperienced gardener and have had problems with early flowering. I explained my situation to the good people in the service department, asking for advice. I received a rational explanation for why my plants flowered too early (they need at least 12 hours of light). The company responded generously by shipping my order again giving me the opportunity to get it right this time.

I switched over from Spotify and you couldn't pay me to switch back. Deezer's service is amazing. When I have more time, I am going to get bigger playlists and upload some of my mp3s into the Deezer system! The iPhone/iPad apps are so easy to use and read. Spotify was harder for me to find artists' tracks. The only thing missing from Deezer would be global radio and it would be perfect. If I could listen to any radio station in the world, that's my dream streaming app!Edit: I have since switched away from Deezer to a streaming service said to pay artists the most because while it is a great product, the higher artist pay does not reflect what they claim they pay out when I have listened to tracks to see what they wind up earning. Still, I would choose Deezer before other companies with lesser pay for musicians.

Buzzsprout is easy to use and works as advertized. What impresses me most is the customer service. When I have had questions the response times and quality of response have been impressive. This is a great comfort as we launch our first major podcast.

This has got to be the worst hotel ever on the planet. Service is terrible and though the initial advertised rate appears to be very competitive, it is not because they absolutely kill you with the price of everything else. Would you believe that they charge £16.00 per night for parking, right through to £2.50 for a small bottle of water which costs about £0.50 from your local supermarket - amazing. I got to my room only to find that there was no duvet, and the room was not clean. It's just been an awful experience. An absolute rip-off. Do yourselves a favour and don't this shambolic place.

Trying to read anything on your website is a joke, between the excessive pop ups and page refreshing every couple of seconds which causes you to have to scroll back down 55 times just to read a small article is a joke. If I see a interesting article and the mirror opens up I just close it down, it’s not worth the aggravation. Whoever manages your website should find another job as they are clearly useless at web design and managing it!

The worst customer service ever! Scam! Booked a hotel got there and was nothing like the pictures horrible tv not working my daughter got an electric shock from metal sticking out of the plug. Paid for 4 nights I checked out the day I checked in and trying to get my refund but customer service keeps ignoring me telling me to call them they keep putting the phone down on me pretending confection is lost. I’ve emailed about 100x and getting nowhere ! I will be contacting training stardards how are they allowed to get away with this?

I have been an Amex card holder for 4 years. I haven't used the card in the last year and realised that the £67 fee would be added to the card so cancelled the card before it was due. In return, Amex contacted Priority Pass and cancelled my membership there despite me having 2 lounge visits still to use. Those visits were from the previous year, which I had paid for it's absolutely outrageous that they took it upon themselves to cancel my Priority Pass before it expired. This is petty and shows their shocking disregard for customer services.

NFL.com is by far the worst online and mobile app that I’ve ever had to use. The level of difficulty it takes to cancel the subscription is evidence of pure greed and malice, therefore forcing users to continue a subscription that is not needed! Stop making it so difficult to cancel a subscription with NFL.com it’s not only unethical it’s passive aggressive subscription cancellation behavior. Make it seamless and stop the greed!! I will never refer family or friends to use this app on Roku, IOS, and Android.
