I purchased a Lenovo Yoga lap top from Costco. After 1 year and 1 month, the hinge on the right side of the lap top became, well, UNHINGED. The plastic casing separated from the internal workings. Lenovo would not provide a solution, but since I bought it at Costco, I had the extended warranty. Well, then Lenovo said I could send my laptop (with all my personal information on it) to them and they would fix it. Since I use it in my business, that was not a possibility - plus I had to mail it to the east coast and would not have it back for up to 3 weeks. I took it to Staples and they said they could not repair it because the casing was cracked, and now the hinge is hanging out of the laptop. Horrible support for their POS product. Works fine for about a year, but after paying over $800.00 for it, I expected better performance. My HP EliteBook works MUCH better, but it doesn't have the touch screen or the yoga flexibility as the Lenovo. Won't by another Lenovo. A company should stand behind their product.

Customer Service is awful.I just wanted to update the BIOS/ UEFI. Which should be a free downloadable file. The idiot Indian I got on the line wanted to sell me a yearly maintenance package and he wanted access to my computer! I said, Hell No!Long story short, I figured it out myself and it didn't cost me anything.

Annoying, irrelevant login pop ups combined with horrendous customer ‘support’. Install this app with caution. You will waste a minimum of 100 hours per year. The old desktop Dashlane worked perfectly. The Chrome extension makes me want to scream, daily.

I’m just trying to figure out the logic in locking basic 2FA options behind a paywall…?I recently changed my display name, which led to a massive bug. I was forced to log out, and I have not been able to get in since. Backup code and my authenticator app are rejected every single time for being incorrect, even though they’re not.Support? Completely nonexistent since this rebrand. I’ve sent in so many emails and tickets to get help with fixing this, and nothing.It’s frustrating that I’m just now finding out that this has been an issue with other users for MONTHS, and it still isn’t fixed. Just total incompetence all around.
