Very bad experience with 99designs as a graphics designer

Hello,I'm a graphics designer UI and UX expert I was open my account in 99designs on the 27th of February 2025 and I submit my high-quality website design work with my complete portfolio after few days I received an email from 99designs and they said...Thank you for applying to 99designs. Unfortunately, after careful consideration of your application, we cannot accept you at this time. and they want only look for specific skills and unique capabilities that are currently in high demand or not available in our existing creative community.I'm a full-time freelancer and I want to earn some money for my family.Why do you people behave like this with a professional designer this is not good behavior.But you guys have no idea how critical you do your application process is. And I'm not waiting for more one year to submit my application again.Please give me another way to activate my account within a few days.I want to put my valuable time and work into the 99designs contest.If you do something for me, please accept my application if you need anything else please let me know I will be provided it on an urgent basis.Thanks & RegardsHurrin

Why can’t I give them zero stars

Why can’t I give them zero stars? All a seller has to do is hit the button on Mercari that says they shipped the item. It doesn’t matter if they actually didn’t. You will have to wait 2 weeks to even start a cancelation. Don’t even try support. English is their second language

Be careful buying their product

If I can give them a zero, I would. The company cheats you to a subscription. Go pro sent me an email stating if I wish to renew subscription I should send them my bank information. I did not do it and I emailed them that we don't need it since we never used it the first year. To my surprise, they went ahead and charged it to the account I bought the item with. After calling them, they said the email is automatically generated and to cancel you had to call. Email won't work. Here goes 50 bucks. They offered me a free accessory. Never deal with them. Fraud.

Best customer service ever

I purchase so much on Amazon (from Kleenex to dog food to you name it!) that there are bound to be issues and realistically, I understand that. I typically have few issues but the ones that do come up are shipping which has nothing to do with the delivery service and not Amazon (if there is a delay I do receive a notification) there have been times when I have ordered something that broke or was not as I expected and I was going to arrange to return it and I have been refunded or had a replacement sent out. They respond quickly and thoughtfully. I only wish there was a greater selection of products in Canada! I am addicted and tell everyone about amazon!

Review of bigcommerce

Google adwords issue

Google adwords shows that there is malware on our bigcommerce site and bigsommerce cannot help or figure out what the deal is. So $200 a month for two years and we can’t even list our products on google ads and probably losing a ton of sales. My competition uses bigcommerce and they are all on google ads,and we didn’t do anything extra or out of the ordinary to our site so why is tgis so complicated?

Subcription scheme is a scame making it almost impossible to cancel.

Same experience as other reviewers - this august organ is making it very difficult to cancel. First call, waited ages then mysteriously cut off. Second call 30 mins, stated to be cancelled, but operator very reluctanct to give me number and e mail, I insisted on both having just read the experiences below, We will see, They should be ashamed, I now won't buy the Times in paper or online, having been an on and off reader since my university days.

I strongly advise against using…

I strongly advise against using ManyChat.Their business model pushes you to constantly buy more room for contacts and add-ons. The desktop version is poorly designed, and you can't block unwanted contacts, leaving you vulnerable to unwanted interactions. Additionally, they restrict editing many contact fields, a feature that other companies typically offer. For instance, you can't directly add WhatsApp user information; it must come through automation. If a user provides incorrect information, you're stuck with it, unable to make corrections.Support is unhelpful and often suggests requesting new features rather than providing immediate solutions.Avoid this company; they are unreliable and untrustworthy.
