I have the app on my phone with no problems. But if I try to access it on the laptop - forget it. It's always wrong password. When I reset the password and resubmit, it says too many wrong password attempts, try later. So I try later and the same thing happens. I would've thought the Scientist bit in the magazine title might have have implied a bit of technical proficiency, but hey what do I know?

Review of ebay
Ebay allow to buy "return labels" without tracking number. If the seller decides to say "I did not get the item" that's it, you don't get the money back because according to "Ebay-Service" the "responsibility for giving back the item lies on the buyer"... And you cannot prove you sent it back, because there is no tracking number. Then, why did you let your customers to buy "return labels without tracking number" in the first place??!!

Review of discogs
I have so far had no problem with any of the sellers on discogs, I wanted a rare album on cassette tape and found excellent seller on here, all the way in Indonesia and was really happy with the service and item, so not at all bad. Have bought several items so far and never any issues at all. Just remember to read the reviews first and I go by those as my security before buying, then you'll find yourself some favourite sellers from anywhere in the world as I've done.

Review of ancestry
I am so impressed on how detailed on point and exact the results are for my dna it tells things about yourself I didn’t think possible but so true the journey of. Where my Parents came from so in-depth coincide with what I was told wonderful
Review of ancestry
I found that it wasn’t accurate on a lot of levels. It identified only one of my uncles and identified him as my first cousin and only one of my cousins and identified her as my second being my first cousin also I’m a black Native American my ancestors were here before the colonizes came which makes me aboriginal to this land, your review kept stating African-American and what you no way identified me as having any aboriginal ancestry

Review of squarespace
I tried adding my GoDaddy domain to my Squarespace account, and after 3 days it's still not connected. They "say" that it can take a few days because of propagation time, which is the time it takes for changes to update across the web, but when I bought a domain from them it look less than 30 minutes to update across the web (according to dnschecker.org). So honestly, I think they put a hold on third party domains in hopes that the customer will transfer their domain over to them, because why else would their domains work days faster than GoDaddy's?

Review of hotels
If I could give no stars I would. Hotels.com is a total scam. We booked and paid £300 for accommodation via their website. The location was a 6 hour drive from where we live. When we arrived at the accommodation, they had no record of the booking even though we had proof of the booking and payment to hotels.com. The accommodation told us that hotels.com had not booked the accommodation with them. Due to the fact we had just driven 6 hours, we had no option but to pay for the accommodation again. When we got back we contacted hotels.com to ask for a refund, providing them with evidence of having paid hotels.com for the original booking & again for the accommodation when we arrived, and they told us there was nothing they could do. They even called the accommodation who confirmed that we had paid them, but they still decided not to refund the money because they were not obliged to. The customer service department was extremely rude and the professionalism was non existent. The worst part of this is that the accommodation we booked is still on hotels.com so other people are likely to continue to get scammed. DO NOT RISK USING HOTELS.COM.

I am writing to follow up on my previous complaint, as the issue of download restrictions has happened again, despite my genuine and lawful use of your service. This repeated restriction feels like a punitive action that completely disregards the concerns I have already raised, and it has further exacerbated the negative impact on my mental health.Summary of IssuesBlocked Downloads Again:Despite subscribing to a service advertised as offering "unlimited downloads," my downloads have once again been restricted without warning or clear justification. This is not only frustrating but directly contradicts the promises made when I signed up for your platform.Mental Health Impact:This repeated restriction has left me feeling unfairly punished, increasing the emotional toll caused by this experience. I suffer from ADHD and severe depression, and this situation has significantly worsened my mental health, making it harder to focus and complete my projects.Unrealized Value of Subscription:I have barely been able to download or use any assets from your service due to a combination of restrictions, technical failures, and unclear policies. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a service I am unable to fully use.Unreasonable Restrictions on Modest UseI have downloaded approximately 30 files since signing up for Envato Elements. This is a far cry from abusing the service, especially for a platform that advertises "unlimited downloads." The fact that I have been blocked for such modest usage makes your "Fair Use Policy" misleading and unreasonably restrictive.I subscribed to this service in good faith, expecting to have access to resources to support my projects without being arbitrarily limited. These repeated restrictions not only contradict your advertised promises but also imply that even minimal use is unwelcome.

I don’t know what happened to this service, but it’s no longer what it used to be. I have been an avid fan of their website for several years, but this latest update has ruined it, thanks to AI. The team did a complete overhaul of the UI, making it difficult to navigate. Everything is cluttered, and constant pop-up windows are driving me crazy. The website also asks me to disable my AdBlock extension so that it can bombard me with advertisements. One of my all-time favorite websites has gone into the dustbin of history, thanks to AI. Ugh! It’s time to look for a better alternative. It was nice while it lasted.
