They solved a big problem despite the fact that it was not their plugin that worked badly, but a widgets within my site. Customer Service Is NOT EXISTING.So my shop is available for Shopify Payments but for any reason its payment gataway can`t be found anywhere for me to add it and to use it. At first Shopify Customer Service Agreed that my store should have this option. The told me this can be fixed very soon, when some "review" will be finished....and now its more than a month passed. Nothing happens! For this month I`ve contacted them 4 times...all 4 times they keep telling me "you haven`t recieve our email? You should" etc. (no email was sent to me by the way) . Shopify Customer Support keep telling me some BS and not giving me a SIMPLE answers to my questions! No SUPPORT AT ALL! SIMPLY WAIT FOR SOME GUY DO SOMETHING and WE DON`T KNOW WHEN, ALL WE CAN DO IS RESUBMIT YOUR TICKET. TOP TOP TOP SUPPORT!!

When asked to clarify which and how to fix the issue, the customer service will wash their hands off your query and will tell you to go elsewhere.Honestly take their advice by never using their service to begin with, it's a waste of your time.

A few days ago, I ordered some Ring cameras from Lowe's online while they were on discount. The order was supposed to arrive in two days, but after the two days passed, it got canceled with no explanation, and by then, the discount had ended.I contacted customer service, and they told me I could place a new order and call back to get the discount reapplied. So, I bought the cameras again and received them, but when I called back, they said they had no record of my previous call and couldn't apply the discount or offer a gift card.In the end, I felt tricked into buying the cameras at a higher price and was left frustrated by the whole experience.

I have shopped at asos for years and placed over 200+ orders till date. Let me tell you what a waste of money that is. ASOS sent me the wrong item twice!! Each time sending a shade of jeans I did not order!! ASOS also has poor customer service that can never help you and take over a week getting back to you. I think it’s time I stopped shopping here and spent my money where it’s worth it! Finally got the correct shade of jeans I wanted from the brand site itself and they were on sale compared to asos trying to rip customers off.

So incredibly bad. After sending back an item following their instructions they are refusing to refund, telling me to deal with Evri who appear to have lost the package. Uniqlo claim my tracking number is invalid, even though they emailed it to me and I can see it works fine on Evris website. This followed a horrible experience trying to pick the parcel up in the first instance from their store. Having to queue for an hour after the store had lost the package. Absolutely bonkers system.
