Take care - predatory billing practices.

Take care! Notion make it very easy for you to incur additional charges (without notification that you are doing so) - they unexpectedly took an additional £429 from my bank account, and because I didn't notice quickly enough have refused to refund it. Disappointingly sharp practice from what could otherwise be a useful product. Avoid.

Ordered for Christmas on dec 5th

Ordered for Christmas on dec 5th. Called the 12th was told shipping tomorrow and Christmas delivery won’t be a problem. After 10 days was put on “back order” took an hour and one online chat and a call to get them to actually figure this out. I cancelled and they can’t even guarantee I will be refunded until they notify the “vendor” that I want to cancel. Will never order again.

Lousy customer service

My wife spent hours on the phone today trying to place a large and expensive order of gifts. The first two attempts were declined by the Macy’s fraud dept. The third attempt was approved by Amex but Macys advised in writing that it was declined. All this after hours on the phone and speaking with different people plus a supporvisor. Most of these people you can barely understand. It’s mind boggling that this is the best they can do.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Macy.com. On 1/31, a supervisor from Macy online canceled my order that was placed on 1/13/24. My order number was #2872890696. When, I called about my order about two weeks ago, a representative said it would arrive by 1/26 or 1/27. Yesterday I called and Christina abruptly canceled my order. She never gave me a reason; just apologized!Cancelation of my order is not only an inconvenience; but has caused me significant frustration and disappointment! I do understand that unforeseen circumstances; can sometimes lead ot order cancelations. But, no customer should have to contact a professional company after 17 days; with no prior communication! This is unacceptable!My perception of Macy is totally tarnished! I have ordered from all of your competitors and have never been treated in this fashion! I would appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution!

Faulty item from month 6, repaired and reset a few times, warranty finished after 2 years and failed again. No more to be done, they simply have not taken responsibility neither was able to extend the warranty. Absolutely dreadful service and equipment.

I have sold an product in this site and did a total of 45$, when i ask them to transfer this amount in my paypal account. They no wanna make the transaction just playing with me, check papyal account for restrictions. My paypal account is completely regular and never had any issue with paypal in my life. Keep away from this site, they will steal your money and your products.

DON'T TRUST CAPITAL 1

Capital 1 is the worst company to have any kind of credit with. They do not care about their customers at all. I have 3 accounts with Capital 1 including 2 credit cards, a Personal card and a business card as well as a business checking account. After 3 years they still will not allow me to have a credit increase on my business credit card. I have applied 5 times, and they have denied me every time.6 months ago I spoke with one of their agents and he told me to only pay the minimum payment for the next 6 months, so I did this, and I reaplied today and was denied again because my payments were too small. WHAT A JOKE!!! I earn over $750,000 per year, run my own business and still this company is the only company that is denying my credit increase. I have decided to pay off all of my credit cards, and cut them up and end my relationship with Capital 1. I have already been approved for a $50,000 business credit limit with Bank Of America and am cutting all ties with Capital one and moving to Bank Of America. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO WITH ANOTHER CREDIT CARD COMPANY, CAPITAL 1 ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!

Safety issue with product. I cannot update the review with the information of a product

I bought a $369 dog play yard to keep my puppy safe. Immediately, she could open the door. I originally gave the product a 3 star rating and a ok write up, then I changed it to a 1 star. We had to modify the play yard to make it safe for my puppy and get the door to stay closed when I need it closed. It is not safe for an unsupervised puppy to just wonder through the house when no one is home. If someone uses it outside their fur baby can get out and run away. Next, the plastic broke off the top, the sharp edge of broken plastic could hurt or choke my puppy or other dogs. I realize you don’t like a review to be changed from a 3 star to a 1 star review, with an honest review to protect other dogs. I called customer solutions. The lady was super nice and tried to do what she could to help. She emailed someone and she said she will get back with me a several days. There still is a reasonable waiting period so far, but if things change I will update the review.
