My Reply from GRP was really weak.Their Return Policy clearly states:1. You pay a restocking fee2. You pay for shipping3. You pay for insurance4. You pay for damages to origional shipping box considered as part of the part being sent, really that is what it says!5. We will receive and Inspect the part and apply any additional credit reductions.I can do the numbers and see they are making money sending me the wrong part because their drawing is simply wrong, these things do happen but GRP stands on their drawing being correct. I have no options but exposing their money making return policy, you too can experience this new brand of AI selling with return costs paid for by the buyer making money. I will go into the hole because I have no discounts with UPS and they make the buyer do all the work.Read their return policy first before buying any product!#1. Genuine Replacement Parts, GRP. It is almost impossible to get the right part using bad information but GRP is trying. The problem is they are making money not getting you the right part. They make the first profit on the wrong part sent, the second profit on your return and the third on selling your returned part again. Know that if you damage the original shipping box if you need to return it, they will inspect the box and part starting even more reduction of your credit reduction until there is no credit for your return but they still keep it and sell it again. Their AR # policy is thicker than the smoke they emit. They charge you for damage to the shipping box even though it was caused when shipping to you, I'm talking about any marks on the box with a pen, pencil, or sharpie or any made by the shipping company. They make you pay for shipping back and make you pay for insurance to ship back. When it arrives they inspect and charge for anything, even marks on their shipping box made with a pen. What are the odds you can get the right part for a 10-year-old refrigerator? Slim and none, but they say you got the part ordered, the problem is their drawing and information can be wrong but they will not warranty that saying you got the part you ordered.I got a return #, and had to fight for it, but after reading the legal document sent back it was easier to buy a new refrigerator and put a shelf where the chill drawer was then move it to the garage for extra storage. They even had the fifth email they sent already indicating I was upset and it was AI.They are making money sending out the wrong parts, which always happens, but they have it written for return policy so many items it would be impossible to meet them all. If you do send it back and they find anything they assess the part and start crediting you less and less. They also keep the part and sell it again as indicated by the "do not damage the original shipping box, they say it is considered part of the part after it ships and must be returned without damage. All this time they sent the wrong part indicating the drawing shown shows you got what you ordered.Understand if you do get the right part you will be happy if you don't get the right part they will not give you your money back!Just writing about this has raised my BP! They are really that bad

Bought a NEW UX-434FL in Dec 2019 and right after turning it on the screen had yellow tint issues. Contacted customer care and they replace the LCD. Now they ship back without proper check up, this time screen pad rattles in the body and loose inside the chassis. Again, I contact repair center and now keyboard is defective. They replace the keyboard and sent me back but with scratches on top & bottom of laptop. Also, the "Asus Zenbook" rose gold trim is broken (which is made out of plastic) someone at the repair center tried to pry that open as I can seen an indentation made by some sort of tool. This sort of repair is totally unacceptable. I bought this laptop to be my long term work companion, but I highly doubt if this will last for a while ! Do not recommend when something like this happens.

WordPress.com rocks! User friendly. *Lots* of choices for style, format, what to add, what to take away. Outstanding customer service. Cost effective; but, more if you want it. In one word: Stellar! Thanks, as always and again, WordPress.Cheers!~ Jessan
Review of vrbo
I booked with VRBO for my Amsterdam stay in May which cancelled the night before we were meant to be going due to the property being “flooded”, the owners then ignored all my emails and calls and never refunded me (obviously fraudulent.) I have been in contact with VRBO numerous times over the phone, every time they have told me they’re investigating the case and they’ll get back to me. Not a single person out of about 8 people now have gotten back to me and am still waiting for the refund. Every time I ring them they palm me off and I never hear from them again. Their “book with confidence guarantee” is a load of rubbish which they don’t stick to. I will be now taking this further. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!
Review of royalcaribbean
An absolute rip off from beginning to end. Do NOT book with this company EVER!!! This was my fourth cruise with them and most definitely my last. Daily WiFi €21.95 daily. Extra tax and tips added to my drinks package which was a rip off in the first place. Customer service appalling. All wearing masks.....which I get but when their English is not that good it is almost impossible to understand them.Quality of service ....zero! Cabins.....tiny! Even the toilet paper must be the thinnest and flimsiest in the world!!!!Hand towels so small they were little more than flannels.!!!!As for the food....it was barely edible!!!!! Mint jelly? It was some bright green sickly syrup meant to enhance the lamb. Yuk!!!The buffet was invariably cold and like an absolute free for all. A works canteen would have been better.Shame on you Royal Caribbean

Review of justgiving
I manage a small UK charity. For over one month I have been trying to SPEND money with Just Giving so I can get some support and service from them. Why? Because a major corporate donor wants to enable their staff to fundraise for our charity through a well organised challenge event. Despite spending hours online, sending repeated emails and requesting a callback, no-one seems able to fix the problem.
Review of ikea
Online ordering service is terrible. Unless you are getting it in person I DO NOT recommend IKEA. Order has been delayed multiple times (not convinced it’s going to show up at this point) and customer service reps are unhelpful and rude (not IKEA ones but for whatever company does the delivery).

If I could give no stars I would. Meta top brass should all be in jail for the widespread and routine criminality that they treat users to. They’ve known for two years about the fake Anita exploit on their network, but still refuse to publicly acknowledge it. They continue to flagrantly violate GDPR and Intellectual Property laws, as if they think they’re above reproach. They’re in and out of Small Claims every single day over this lately. There are enormous Class action lawsuits being arranged. Outside regulatory organisations are getting involved. Meta is NOT above the law. I have a funny feeling they’re gonna find that out the expensive way very soon.

I had issues logging in, and while it did take some time to locate instructions for contacting the customer support team, I received an initial response in about 5 minutes, and quickly exchanged several emails with Michelle on the Customer Support Team. The response was fast, and my issue was completely resolved in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service - Thank You!
