They Ignored Me

So I ordered my iPad slimfolio pro case on the 17th of July, and I wasn’t expecting to get it in a week with the virus going around. So I let a full week and weekend pass and then about midway through the next week, I checked the shipping information they gave me and all it told me was that my item was boxed up, or something like that from the wear house. So I thought, you know what, I will let this week go by and then I will send them an email. Next week rolls around, I go onto their website to find a way to get in contact with their customer support. It was nearly impossible to find, in fact I found it through a complaint on their website! I never actually found it from just their web page alone. That made me nervous, because then I thought that maybe I am not going to get through to anyone since their contact information is so hard to find. On the 28th of July, I sent them an email asking for an update on my order, at this point I was frustrated and told them that I needed answers because I had been charged for this product but it hadn’t shipped. No answer. Three or so hours later I decided I would ask for a refund and then I IMMEDIATELY received an email back saying, that my order was almost to me...okay. So, to summarize so far, have waited for over two weeks and got nothing from them, ask for a refund and instead of contacting me, they just pretend it never happened, and essentially say, “oh whoops” and then give me shipping information. I checked the tracking number and my case was in fact, not almost to me. Shocker. The label had just been created. I had to wait, another full week before I got my case in the mail. Nobody talked to me about a refund, nobody reached out to me about my case, I had to go online to their public instagram account and leave a public message on their latest post demanding I speak to someone since I was clearly being ignored at this point. By the time someone talked to me it was August 11th, but it was short, and then on the 12th they apologized briefly and said they would be closing my ticket. They said I could email them back, but what was the point? They already made the decision to actively ignore anything and everything I said, and after coming onto this sight, it was clear to me that I wasn’t the only one who had this issue. I will never buy products from them again. And I will go out of my way to deter people from buying from them. I did get my case, it works fine, sometimes the connection is weird and my backlit keyboard flashes rather aggressively, but other than that it’s fine. But I have heard complaints about keys failing to work after a couple months.

Good products, can’t fault CS

I’ve gone back to Logitech multiple times as they have replaced faulty items.My speakers were 1 month out of warranty and still honoured a swap because the cable was playing up.My gaming keyboard has been running 10 years with no sign of slowing down.

Dell's sales team is probably the worst I have encountered…

Dell's sales team is probably the worst I have ever encountered. They do not communicate well, not responding to multiple emails and not keeping firm promises to get back to me. It is almost as if they do not want to make any sales. I have been recommending Dell and buying from them for many years, as their computers have always been well engineered (recent reviews here imply that their quality has "gone downhill"). Recommendations and purchases will now stop.

Account blocked after Amazon sent a broomstick instead of a cell phone costing more than €700

I purchased a cell phone worth more than €700 and received a wall mount for brooms at home.I contacted Amazon to admit the error and instead of collecting the item, which they sent in error, and upon collection, delivering the correct item, they did not... They were going to collect this item and after receiving it it would take between 14 and 30 days to refund me. A week after the collection was not carried out, I contacted Amazon again with displeasure and they gave me a label to deliver the product to a collection point.Up to 30 days for a refund plus the 7 days that pass without the carrier collecting it are then 5 weeks without my money and without the correct item. Anyway!The worst of all is that on the day I deliver the product to the collection point, Amazon decides to block my account for having "violated the conditions".I have no way of seeing the status of my return and refund because they blocked my account on that very day.Amazon sends the wrong item of much lower value, doesn't exchange it immediately (it keeps my money for at least 5 weeks for its benefit) and even blocks my account. Nice way to admit a mistake!The blocked account, for which I have already questioned the reason, always has a vague answer without indicating anything.Everything leads me to believe that Amazon wants to keep my money because they block it for no apparent reason, they don't explain why exactly on the day I deliver the item to the return point and they still haven't given me my money as I've been without it for 12 days. But this is just the beginning, because if they give it back to me (a big IF) it will be another 30 days of waiting.I would like to take this opportunity to tell Amazon to reduce the number of support employees because the responses are all the same, already predefined. You can place a Bot and the result of the service will be exactly the same. I've wondered if they read the customer's email or just read the subject of the email.

Meta introduced new ai driven account and content moderation that has since falsely accused myself and countless others of policy violations, then permanently banned my accounts with no human review or oversight on the appeal. If this isn't reversed, it will be the end of both Instagram and Facebook as viable platforms, and all trust in Meta in data stewardship is completely shattered
