The subscriptions are abusive for a small business. They're trying to attract ordinary people who don't know how to use professional design software, but they're charging a fortune.They've forgotten their original mission and now only care about money.Now I hate Canva.

When things go well it works, but when they don't you are totally on your own, no customer service, no way to speak to anyone, if you go via chat you just keep getting the same response asking for the details you have already provided but end up in a never ending loop of the same. The hotel cancelled our stay as they were shut down but after approximately 10 hours of trying to resolve the situation with the anonymous, faceless, and unhelpful booking.com we have now instigated civil legal action to recover our costs. My advice si to use this disgraceful service to find your accommodation, then contact them directly, upon speaking to the hotel, we would have received a refund immediately if we hadn't booked through this dire company.

Ordered a motor for a miele vacuum through Amazon and it was faulty on delivery.I tried to return the item but was told I had to prove that the item was faulty with a test certificate by a certified engineer. I have tried to explain that under the Customer Consumer Act 2015, I am LEGALLY ENTITLED to a full refund or replacement but they are completely ignoring this UK legal right. Surprise Surprise!!I am have recently passed this case on to trading standards who have said I have every right to a full refund.They are building my case as we speak!Beware! Amazon don't have customer service or customer service skills and I am currently left with a £75 motor that doesn't work!

I have had multiple communications with Seeking Alpha, but they have never addressed my concerns about what I believe were misleading promotional materials. Prior to making my decision to purchase Alpha Picks, I watched a video on their website called Alpha Picks 101. During the tutorial, the presenter clicked on the ticker for an Alpha Picks stock which brought up detailed information regarding that Alpha Pick stock. I reasonably assumed that if I signed up for Alpha Picks, I would also have access to this detailed information for those stocks that were part of the Alpha Pick’s portfolio. Therefore, I relied on this representation when I signed up for Alpha Picks. After I signed up, I went to the Alpha Picks page and reviewed the current picks. When I clicked on the ticker for one of the Alpha Picks stock, I was denied access to more information unless I subscribed to Seeking Alpha Premium. I do not know whether this misrepresentation was intentional or not, but either way I was misled. I immediately requested a refund, which they denied. I suggested that they share my concerns with their legal counsel, and that I would be happy to discuss this with him or her. However, I have received no response to this request.

I have been a customer for 6 long years and so they have started taking me fir granted. 31 July, a payment towards insurance policy from ICICI Lombard renewal was done and same day it was confirmed to me by Amex executive named Khusboo and was promised to recieve the sofy copy in the next 3 working days. Today being the 4th day, i did not get the polich document and also amex is not co forming whether the payment was successful or not and ICICI Lombard says that they have not generated by policy as payment were not recieved. The payment was done through razorpay link from amex credit card. I think i gave taken a wrong decision in renewing the policy for the 2nd year. I will never recommend this to anyone and would also not renew it ever again. I also, would end my subscription of amex credit card as the customer service is pathetic and people make false statements. Worst service ever experienced.

Not nearly enough support, I can only get help for sales or the AI replies that don’t meet my needs. The website claims that Issuu can accommodate any dimension page, but my square pages appear stretched on the mobile single-page viewer. I’ve noticed this to be the case with other square publications by other users, so maybe it’s a bug. I resized my entire file to be in a traditional page dimension, and have still been having issues with my pages being distorted in that view. There is no help forum and the pre-filled Q&A are not helpful.

Indiegogo is complicit with the scammers. Clearly they do not check backgrounds at any level. They just sign up an crook and collect the money which Indiegogo gets a percentage. Indiegogo just does not care and wants to steal your money. They pretend to be an investment platform but there is zero focus on finance but only gifts. The public is being deceived and drawn in for products that will never be. They ignored early complaints I made and continued to fund.
