They keep selling items from seller whoโ€ฆ

They keep selling items from seller who does not send the products paid for.They do NOT accept cancel and out takes tons of time and call with Amazon and 3 months to get any refund, if you are lucky. Else they keep your cash and do still not deliver.Amazon knows a specific seller does not have some products they seem and yet Amazon allow them to cheat customers again and again. Shame on Amazon.

Always was satisfied ๐Ÿ˜Œ not this time, spend nearly 200 for new collection staff, manager was not talkative at all in Aberdeen Union Square, told leave the shop and connect customer service, my staff was booked for special occasion and I was shocked when was told it is not available as I was booked it in advance to collect because work ofshore and do not have time to go shopping. Never ever again go to shop Zara. I hope to get my money back too.

Customer Service is nonexistent. Brand new I7 Pavillion Laptop stopped charging after 9 months and is under a year warranty. However, none of the options on the site will allow me to exercise my warranty.

Review of mashable

Don't buy the Carsule Pop Up Tent from Mashable.com

I ordered the Carsule Pop Up Tent for my SUV from Mashable in August of 2020. I was told I would receive it within 2-3 weeks. I did not receive the tent until October of 2020. I live in Minnesota and the weather was terrible by the time I received my order. Since I could not try it out, I stored it for the winter. On May 9, 2021, I was finally able to check it out. There is a roof support part that is missing. I have reason to believe that this will leak when it rains because you can see daylight through the seams. They are not tight and sealed. There are many little pin holes in the roof also. According to the product description, the Carsule is light weight and easy for one person set up. This is NOT the case. It is heavy and the smallest amount of wind makes it extremely difficult to set up. I immediately notified Mashable.com about everything that was wrong. I was told they would contact the merchant about my claims. I just wanted to send it back and get my money back. That did not happen. After emailing for a month, I was told that the merchant refused to refund or take the tent back.At this point, Mashable.com basically told me that's it. I have asked them to contact the merchant on my behalf to get the missing roof support. I am told to contact the merchant myself. Now I am stuck with a $300 piece of junk with missing parts. I do not recommend that anyone order from Mashable.com.

Review of logitech

Absolutely amazing customer service.

I don't know what all these people are writing about but I've used Logitech for years since they were a small company and their customer service has always been Grade A for me.

I had a keyboard that I used for like 8-9 years and the space bar broke. I called them up and it turned out they had discontinued that keyboard a few years ago and there were none left. Instead of them saying "oh well" they actually sent in a request to see if there were any spare parts and wound up shipping me a few extra keys they had left over (including the space bar) all free of charge.

A few years later my mouse started acting up, it was out of warranty but they wound up giving me the latest model of that mouse that had replaced the one I had and again it was free.

The only time Customer Service has failed me was when I bought the Orion Spark and then a few weeks later they announced The Division sales promo of getting it free with the keyboard. Customer Service told me they couldn't get me a key for it and that I was out of luck.

Was pretty damned disappointed with that but oh well, no company is perfect.

Seems like a con they don't have the goods and just take your money. Then keep it getting interest. To get my refund I had to do section 75. Help in English section they promise to respond in 12 hours now 16th September been trying to contact them from 4th September no response still.

Wikipedia, only accept positive opinions

Wikipedia, the website that has opinions of others but if you have a different opinion that is not as positive you will get blocked!!! Most information is not accurate anyway and they always ask for donations. Other more accurate sources are widely available
