Purchased a Dell brand new laptop for my wife, the machine arrived and when I went to switch on Nothing happened!.. Tried as per advise from the a Dell Technical support in India, Pakistan, and still Nothing.. I had No option on the Dell order to request a return!. Then the fun begins, I was informed that I was NOT allowed to return as apparently purchase through Dell Business website!.. What a load of rubbish, I spoke to my team of Solicitors and they informed my Dell is breaking the Law advising customers this, but also if they advertise this also in the small print.. I have fought with clear incompetent staff for days and now the rubbish laptop is being collected on the 12/09/23, but I have to then wait 10 to 15 working days to get my hard earned money back. Dell are a complete Shambles, the service is at the lowest I have ever had to put up with and Now going to Take this company down the Legal route for stress, selling faulty goods, and stating NO returns when it's illegal to do so!..

For a large company such as Ulta Beauty to have such limited abilities to make changes to processing orders is just proof that they only care about profits. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of stores like this. All I needed to do was change a Ship To address (that their system incorrectly added) within 10 minutes of submitting the order, and customer service was unable to do it. The order was supposed to be a store pick-up, instead of doing the right thing and stopping the order, it let me submit it, but as a shipping order. Somehow, it is shipping to an old address. I immediately checked my account and verified the correct address is listed and figured system glitch. Ok, no one’s fault, it happens, I’ll call in to see about updating the address and just wait for the items…nope! I was hung up on twice, both males. Third time, female was nice, but unable to help. So, now I have to hope that my package ($150 worth of products) is returned by whoever lives at my old address. Worse part, it was meant as a gift for my mother who hasn’t worn makeup since my dad passed away.

When will these scammers go to jail?They extort confidential information from you by threatening to block your account.And do so!I do not want to give YOU my phone number!They hide behind the fact that you are probably a robot - they dont even try to check it out! All they do - only bloking your account demanding your phone number! They are real criminals!They never respond on complaints from users on the same issues on @supporttwitterThey didnt even let me leave my troubleshooting there - instead blocked my account!

DO NOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT This website DEMANDS that you upload SEVERE personal information to 'prove' who you are. Even though they are filled with fake businesses, scammers and bot accounts whom NEVER get flagged. This website is WELL KNOWN to collect and sell your information, you've got no choice but to do it if you want to have an account with them. Twitter is no better, with their nonsense Authenticate bug annoying multiple accounts for no reason. Just communicate with people via WhatsApp or something more trustworthy, this website has become the definition of Trash.
