Review of fiverr
As a seller on Fiverr, my experience has been very positive. The platform gives freelancers like me a great way to showcase our skills and connect with clients from all over the world. I really appreciate how smooth the order process is and how Fiverr handles communication and payments securely. The support system is helpful, and I’ve had the opportunity to build long-term relationships with some amazing clients. It’s been a great journey so far!
Review of chase
Chase's customer service is horrible. They have farmed it out overseas to people who are only given basic responses. It's impossible to get ahold of someone to help you. I have sent numerous Zelle transfers from my USBank Equity Line to my Chase Checking, and they will randomly HOLD my Zelle transfers to myself! One time they held it for 3 days. The likely reason for this is to make interest off these holds. These are CASH transfers not checks! We are going to move our account ASAP. They are in business for Chase and not customers.
Review of barnesandnoble
I purchased a set of Tarot cards from a local physical Barnes & Noble and the actual deck of cards was missing out of the box and they made it so convenient for me to just order some and get them delivered to my house and did the refund all at once!!! The sales associates made the process so easy and convenient!!!

Review of glassdoor
They sent me, a beekeeper, Pensionbee adverts! I made a bug report to say I am not a pension planner! They emailed me, "Glassdoor is one of the fastest growing recruiting sites, but we do not offer services such as direct job placement or recruiting?!" They never mentioned the bug report and it seemed almost funny until I read the other reviews!
Review of garmin
I have a Vivoactive 4 that just stopped working. After less than five minutes on the phone to customer support, they arranged a brand-new replacement, which arrived in under a week. Possibly the best customer service that I have ever dealt with - so different to Fitbit who I gave up with 18 months ago - a great decision!
Review of bitdefender
BitDefender Customer Service is very focused on customer care. They are easily accessible to offer help, even by phone. Not that I have called them that often, but when I do, they have successfully resolved my issue/question.
Review of wellsfargo
With the Coronavirus the only option is the drive up window. I pulled in to the second open Drive up window. The teller was clearly done with the transaction with the first person, they were talking about personal issues. I placed my deposit in the shoot and sent it through. I waited an additional 5 minutes because the teller kept chit chatting! At NO time was I ever greeted or spoken to. My deposit slip was sent back. At no time was I acknowledged! Very upset at how I was treated! The slip shows the teller name was Pam.
Review of ubereats
Uber Eats can be great at first—especially for new users. Customer service tends to be responsive and helpful when you’re new, and the app offers discounts and promotions that make it worth trying. But over time—especially if you use the app frequently for deliveries—things go downhill. In my experience (and many of my friends’), delivery issues happen often, with missing food being the biggest problem. Drivers sometimes say they delivered your order when they clearly didn’t, or they give up trying to find the address and just disappear. I’d say 80% of my problems came from drivers, not restaurants. And once you’ve had “too many” issues—even if they’re legitimate—Uber may restrict your ability to get refunds or credits altogether, which is incredibly frustrating when the problem isn’t your fault.Customer support also gets worse. Responses feel copy-pasted, and even though you’re talking to a real person, they rarely address your specific concern. If your issue doesn’t match their script, they just paste a generic reply and close the chat. Also, something seems fishy about the App Store rating. It shows 4.8 stars with over 9 million reviews, but when you scroll through, there are dozens of 5-star reviews with titles like “Horrible,” “Don’t Trust,” and “Uber Eats Thieves.” That doesn’t seem honest and can mislead new users. If you’re paying for a membership, it’s even more disappointing when support completely drops off. There needs to be a better system for evaluating refund requests based on actual proof—not just some internal threshold.Try it if you’re new, maybe for the free trial and discounts. But if you plan to use it regularly for delivery, just know you might be left with no help when things go wrong.

Company and customer care experience is horrible and when attempting to order a replacement part that they make for a mouse that they make I do not get a tracking number and have to wait several days just for it to not ship because they do not give you the option to change the address if you mess up
