Review of asus
Purchased an ASUS Graphics card from a retailer that went faulty after 1 year, no problem I thought, the card has a 3 year warranty, and having previously worked in the industry I know the process well. I first contacted my retailer who told me I had to go straight through ASUS to action my warranty, no problem. I contact ASUS who tell me to contact my retailer to action my warranty...OK. I contact my retailer who then change their mind and are happy to help, accept an RMA and tell me I will receive a replacement after the fault has been confirmed. 5 days later they issue me a partial refund without asking about any other options, so I ask about why cant I get a replacement/repair under the manufacturer warranty, to which they said please contact the manufacturer. So I did that, again, and got told they cannot interfere with the T&Cs of my retailer. But the part has a 3 year warranty regardless? No offer of advice on how to proceed, just a cookie cutter message to leave them alone. I will be looking elsewhere for future components as the graphics card was both faulty & the most horrendous warranty procedure I have ever seen.
Review of vrbo
I booked a unit through VRBO that was apparently managed by Retreatia. I arrived at the Retreatia office and was surprised at the partially damaged check-in kiosks and workers slopping down ramen take-out on the couch by the check-in area. It was not what I was expecting for a $500+ nightly rental. Nonetheless I tried to keep an open mind and proceeded with the check-in process.I was greeted by a rude check in attendant who threw some papers in front of me and asked me to sign. I regularly review contracts in my profession so I very quickly scanned the document and noted that there were several terms and conditions that were substantially different from what I signed when I booked the unit through VRBO.com.I asked the check in attendent about that and she immedialy took offense. She explained that they would refund my money or I could sign. It was obvious that this check-in attendent really wanted to exert her authority by threatening to cancel my rental which would have been really problematic after traveling more than 1,500 miles with my family. These types of strongarm tactics are not acceptable. Retreatia is a bait and switch operation and you are left with little choice but to sign and accept their onerous terms and conditions even if they differ from what you accepted in your original reservation. Many of the additional terms and conditions were reasonable but one in particular was not. At check-in you are told that you will be charged $300 if you fail to clean all dishes and remove all trash/recycling from the unit as part of your "check-out" duties. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is not a standard policy. They have a very early check-out time of 10AM and no one needs the added stress of cleaning the condo on the day they check out. Policies like this should be disclosed before they charge your credit card $500+ per night for their units. On the check-out day I noted the cleaning service only spent about 5 minutes cleaning each vacant unit. After witnessing this I realized that 1) the units are not very clean and 2) Retreatia is essentially not cleaning these units and passing that duty off to you as the customer. That is why they threaten customers with a $300 fine for failing to clean dirty dishes and remove garbage. The unit itself was nice but there were no pool/hottub towels and the on-site HOA manager instructs you to contact your respective rental manager to obtain towels. I hesitated to contact Retreatia for anything after the disappointing check-in experience.
Review of todoist
Todoist helped me to structure my daily routine. I add big and small, work and personal tasks - and finally, I don't have a chance to forget something)It has flat design and useful badges I use for different work and personal projects. It would be cool to have the statistics of tasks, based on tags. For me to understand how many routine tasks I completed VS important (for example). The free version is enough, but I love the app so much, so decided to buy the subscription. Thanks guys!
Review of surveymonkey
Wish I read the reviews. The last time I used survey monkey was a fair few years ago and always raved at how good it was. Coming back to it, what a scam! Only being able to see 10 reviews, and being expected to pay a minimum of £99 to see the rest is completely unreasonable. This is NOT made clear prior to sending the survey out and has resulted in a complete waste of time.
Review of surveymonkey
I like how easy it is to make the surveys or to copy and edit prior surveys so that I can tailor each to meet the needs of each event. I have found that the email function however does not always work, which is why I typically copy and past the link to the survey into an all employee email through our secure work email system. Overall this has been a huge help and I am hoping to continue to use this in the future to assist with our Quality Assurance at our company.

Review of homeadvisor
Like using Home Advisor, very reliable and turns around prospects quickly for basic needs like plumbing, moving; took a little longer to find an interior decorator, but pretty satisfied so far. One thing, though, haven’t been able to figure out why I got charged 19.99 for using their service yet.

Review of panasonic
I'm extremely disappointed with Panasonic. I recently purchased a brand new split AC unit, only to discover it malfunctioning. To make matters worse, I contacted Panasonic by email ten days ago regarding the issue, but haven't received any helpful response or resolution. This lack of communication and customer service is simply unacceptable.Considering the faulty product and Panasonic's complete lack of response, I strongly advise against purchasing their products.
Review of intuit
Spoke with Rishab who was absolutely wonderful. We have no experience of accounting or even using QuickBooks and we learned so much from him. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful and his telephone manner was perfect. He pointed out errors that would have been very time consuming to correct later down the line. He is a credit to QuickBooks.

Appalling quality and poorly fitting clothing which you have no way of trying before you buy. Then if you dare return the shoddy items at your own expense, they’ll close down your account. How is this ‘company’ even allowed to operate with policies like this? Good riddance 🤡
