What a scam!? I know everyone has been hit had but damn! Called to cancel and was told I need to do so within 2 days of next payment, this was not included in the confirmation email. Not even the fact you can't cancel online, you need to call and wait inline but they take your money so fast! Can you imagine they hide this fact (2days, not the phone call) under "details" but act like oh the terms and conditions were presented clearly. Dont bother signing up as the hassle isn't even worth it

Purchased the Xiaomi Mi 11, had to return it right away, trash phone even the software is useless. Honestly it is the worst phone. OnePlus 9 Pro was the right choice! Beware never buy an Xiaomi especially when you want to install custom roms, you'll need a week of waiting before you can even unlock the bootloader. If you want stutters be happy and buy yourself a trashy phone like Xiaomi

Ordered a Garmin gps with built in maps. After I installed it I realized that some features are missing with pre installed maps. I ordered the map card of the map already built in for $200 over 2 weeks ago, still not shipped and they won’t even tell me when it will be shipped. Also they refused to cancel and refund my money. I was going to buy a Garmin watch for myself and girlfriend but I won’t be supporting this crappy company. I would have gone with another manufacturer of chart plotter if I had have known that Garmin doesn’t care about customersUpdate!!Talked to another Garmin employee and they agreed to refund me and cancel the order, still not impressed with the customer service

I paid for an Artist account ($30 for the year) end of May last year. For no reason, they closed my account on the 2nd of February. No communication from them, NO RESPONSE either. I wasted so much time trying to contact them through their official form, technical service, even LinkedIn, even emailing the founder Sean Broihier.A woman having 3 jobs there (yes, THREE JOBS) called Abbie Shores, from Greater Manchester, UK, employs "volunteers" to do her job. Needless to say, they are NOT vetted or trained to professional standards. Abbie Shores (real name Julie Muirhead) claims to be the only staff there, and is RUDE and IGNORANT. She doesn't fit any Customer Service and Customer Care standards either. I wonder if HMRC and DWP know that she has three jobs at an American company.

I was an envato/theme forest customer for over a decade and purchased multiple digital assets from them over the years. A theme I purchased a few months ago wasn’t compatible with my hosting, the same host I was using for multiple other themes I had purchased from envato. There was nothing indicating this would be the case before I bought the theme, it was something I discovered in the theme documentation after the purchase was made. The theme was completely unusable but the developer wouldn’t issue a refund. After multiple attempts to escalate with envato, they too denied a refund. So I disputed the transaction with PayPal and received my money back. Per Envato’s policy (that they have since made me aware of) they permanently locked me out of my envato account, including access to support for the previous themes I had purchased. I will never use this company again.

Truly one of the worst businesses to try and shop at. Prices are always higher than other retailers, so when you use the 20% coupon you've paid the regular price.Customer service is horrible... just try and give them a call, then you'll understand.Then recently they've decided to go political rather than do what they are suppose to do - business of selling and treating customers right. But, no, they became biased against a certain political group and though I don't care for the group either, it was not something a business should do... we will not be shopping there ever again!

I would advise not buying any HP product. Laptop is nothing but a problem. Takes forever to boot up and then you’re not sure if it will respond. There printers are nothing but a pain and the cost of ink is crazy.How can my ink cost more than the printer.All I want to do is print in Black and because I’m in need of one color it won’t print. I very seldom print in color so how do I burn through ink ??I won’t buy anything else from them.

The commercials allowed has gotten to be pathetic. It’s one thing to advertise related to controversial subjects, but to have 2 men talking about sex and HIV is really not appropriate. Not to mention the Alfonzo commercial. It is offensive. I can’t watch the station anymore as much as I enjoyed it. I get nauseated and disturbed. Whatever. I can fix it by not watching the channel. Haven’t noticed it on CBS.

Pure and simple. Terrible service. I purchased a matress in September for delivery by mid October. The day of delivery they called me that, they don't have the matress and no ETA. Eventually they called me back and delivered the matress in late November . After 4 months of use it has sagged by more 2 inches. They agreed to replace it. March 19th between 1-3 pm. They kept calling me to delay it and now ETA. Macy's customer service is a joke. I spend 8 hours waiting for them to show up on Friday.

Lenovo support fixed three hardware issues with my ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 by dispatching people to my house to repair the laptop. The laptop was out of warranty yet they did all of that for free. I have had a good experience with Lenovo's Australian support team.
