I had the receipt box etc the jerk gave me trouble he didn't want to give me my money back he had to give me my money back had the receipt etc..... I am not going in the DSW shoe store in Riverhead NY no more don't trust them....

Never heard of them or worked with them in my life until today when I received a super scam-looking email from them. In their email, they said they are billing me for $700 for unnamed services, and that this will show up on my bank statement in 12 hours unless I contact them. I contacted them (knowing it was a scam, but to confront them on their scam) and three times an Indian person answered but they said they are based in California and they are a cyber security company calling me to "renew my computers security software". I told them I bought my computer 3 years ago, and they confirmed "yes, that's why we're calling you. You had access to it 3 years ago as it came with your purchase, and now it's expired". And that's why I also told them I caught them in a lie because I had actually bought the computer 1 year ago brand new from Apple. When I told the guy this, he immediately hung up on me. Literal jokes.

I purchased ESPN plus a couple weeks ago and I am very disappointed in the service. I wanted to watch UFC every Saturday but that has been problematic. First, the whole fight night is in one 8 hour long video, so you have to rewind or search for what you want. Second, the ability to rewind and fast forward doesn’t work like any other app. It stalls and/or buffers so much that you can’t even watch what you want. Worst sports app ever. In 2020, ESPN should really be able to have an app that works. Right now it’s frozen on my screen. And no matter what I do, I can’t get it to work. And I’m paying $5.99 a month.

Terrible experience this evening at Kingston Lacy Ignite. Enquired halfway round why it was so different to last year (which was amazing) to be told most of the display was turned off due to the approaching storm. Why were we not told this upon entry and offered either an alternative date or a full refund. So disappointed and not worth the £75! Extremely concerned for Kingston Lacy that visitors may not return as it is a stunning venue and being an NT Member we visit often . I understand it was an external company IGNITE hired in and after visiting Stourhead just before Christmas we were left extremely disappointed this evening .

Just a quick note: rented a beautiful house for the next 4 days over bank holiday in Dorset for my wife and I to get away - an hour before we arrived we get the call that one of our son's schoolmates has Covid so, last minute, we obviously have to return to isolate with our boy. NT Holidays called within the hour and without us even asking, refunded everything saying that 'these are difficult times'. Good stuff!
