I first started shopping here in Spain in the 1990s. I always appreciated the high turnover of stock and the huge range of styles, and the quality seemed decent at the price. However, I feel the quality has declined and many items are visibly poorly made. The leather goods, bags and shoes are still an occasional go-to for me, and the staff are always pleasant, but in general I view this as fast fashion for kids.
Review of wellsfargo
Absolutely do NOT recommend them as a bank. I was With them for 2 years and fraudulent activity ALWAYS happened to my account. Then it was go under investigation each time and never received my money back from anonymous PayPal accounts.and I do not have a PayPal account. Tried to get a replacement card because it was stolen. My account went under another investigation for two weeks as for what I was told, but it didn’t begin until five days before I closed my account. Wow how unprofessional of them not to communicate that my account was already under investigation two weeks prior, do not recommend this bank. Do not trust them. They are untrustworthy and the people that are representatives on the customer service line are rude and some of them do not care enough for you to have a good experience with the bank over the phone to get things worked out. Horrible bank what so ever !!!

Review of logitech
I recently purchased the Logitech Spotlight Pointer for a significant USD 100, expecting a device that would not only enhance my presentations but also be backed by reliable customer service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The packaging clearly states that this pointer is compatible with the latest version of macOS. Imagine my surprise when, after downloading the software from the provided link, I discovered it was incompatible with my Mac. The installation yielded no application, no shortcut, no sign of any functionality — a stark contrast to the seamless experience I was led to expect. My frustration was compounded when I reached out for help. The customer service was unreachable by phone and unresponsive by chat, leaving me stranded with a non-functional pointer and a looming presentation deadline. To make matters worse, after expressing my predicament to Logitech's customer service via email, the response was curt and utterly unhelpful, stating simply that the latest software version was not available. This is unacceptable and misleading, considering their product's packaging promises compatibility that they fail to deliver. This is not just about the absence of software; it's about the principle of the matter. Logitech, a reputable tech company, has not only failed to provide a working product but also seems indifferent to the urgency and distress this has caused me, a paying customer.I am appalled by the blatant disregard for proper customer service and the misleading information regarding product compatibility. This situation has left me with a costly, useless device and a tarnished view of Logitech. I expected much better from a company of their standing and am left questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.I urge potential buyers to reconsider their options before purchasing from Logitech. The lack of support and accountability is alarming, and no customer deserves to be in the position I find myself in today.I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Logitech to address their customer service policies and the accuracy of their product information. Until then, I advise caution to anyone considering their products.

This was a terrible experience. We are a bunch of pensioners. Everyone at the table was very disappointed with their meal. The quail was tough and tasted like it was boiled. The steak was dry and overdone. To add insult to injury, We had a table inside and at 4pm we were told to vacate our table ( we were still eating) and go and sit outside. It was freezing. We asked for some blankets and was told we need to buy a blanket for R150.00 - Seriously!!! The party at the table next to us also requested blankets and also told that they must buy one. Stay Away guys. We will definitely not go back there.

Review of anthropologie
Anthropologie does lovely products and I have been a loyal customer. I especially love their Christmas products. This year, they were also the first to open their online Christmas shop, so I ordered a Christmas ornament from Anthropologie's UK online store on September 7, 2024. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. First, I couldn’t track my order online, and I received six emails saying the order was delayed. Finally, on October 15, I got an email saying the ornament was on its way. However, the tracking showed that Royal Mail was still "waiting for the courier to dispatch the item." Then, on October 28, I was notified that my order had been "returned"—even though the item had never actually been sent out.The email promised a refund, but since my original payment card was cancelled, I never received it. I reached out to their Customer Service and exchanged six emails, asking them either to resend the ornament or to refund me via bank transfer. Instead of taking action on either proposal, they kept insisting the refund was "on its way." It’s been over two weeks now, and I still don’t have my refund. It is sad to say it but Anthropologie took my money and never delivered my order.
