Wish I could give 0. I have never seen a company with such poor scores and I believe it's justified. They obviously don't care and that is why in the past they have been voted worst company in America. They banned my Son's account for his team name but many, many more are still playing with the same name and many more with racist names. Total discrimination. Contacted the CEO many times but guess what? Ignored as they could not care less. Shame they are still in business.

The logarithm they use to match you with opponents is the worst, it is designed to keep you playing by pitting you against people with a lot higher ratings. Customer service nonexistent. Cheating rampant with people using chess engines against you. My first review of anything, anywhere. There is a lot of chess to be played, but you can't take your rating seriously. If you could get rid of the cheating and fix your logarithim where it matched you with the closest opponent to your current score after a win it would help.

I have used a Nest IQ camera for 2 year and 1 month now. Camera one stopped working after 18 months, this was replaced under their 2 year warranty. The replacement stopped working after 7 months, just outside of their 2 year warranty. So I can not reccommend this camera. I will replace with a Ring camera which comes with a two year warranty at John Lewis and is less than half the price of a replacement Nest camera. Plus the Ring monthly subscription is half the price of Nest.
