Review of freshbooks
I have run three small businesses with Freshbooks, and I have never needed assistance—not once. The software is so well designed it is an effortless experience. When I say effortless, I mean that I have never contacted them or sought out written instruction of any kind. In my mind Freshbooks sets the standard for how software should be designed. Thank you Freshbooks for creating the best user experience in existence!!!!

Review of southwest
This company went downhill. First of all, the ticket counter made us get rid of stuff to board the plane. We left our personal things at the ticket counter worth over an estimated $400 dollars because we were a few pounds over company policy. After fumbling around the ticket counter for an hour, we almost miss our flight. My family (wife, infant, toddler) had to run to the departure booth. The manager at Myrtle Beach airport for southwest was extremely rude and mean. She deserves to be be fired! We were about to board the plane and she made us take things out of our bags (again!) and move things around saying we had too much stuff. We had just been hassled at the ticket booth and dropped our stuff on the curb. The manager and her ticket collector tried to charge us for the baby carrier. The manager and her staff at Myrtle Beach international airport were burned out, disrespectful and mean. We finally get on the flight and the male flight attendant gave me a sarcastic remark "you know, we allow free checked bags right?" Talking to me as if I did not know and I'd rather carry all my family stuff on carry on. “We are moving, and not on a vacation and had maxed out on checked bags,” I said. I should not have to defend my self to smart remarks on the plane. Of course no flight attendants helped with our luggage while I had a baby and and infant. One of my bags was ripped when I received the bag in New York. I then had to buy a $65 dollar bag to cover the ripped bag on my connection. Of course the new bag also ripped receiving on the next airport. Absolute horrible flying experience.

Been customer of Macy's for many years called to ask if they can lower there rate due to hardship with covid they refused stated no way so that is telling me to pay off and close account and never buy from them again hope this helps others to do the same

can't access a single website on the internet without being challenged by cloud fair to prove that I'm a human, and about once a week the captcha just doesn't work so I don't have access to half of the internet because cloudflare can't figure out the difference between human beings and robots. you think that would be like the very first thing you need to figure out when you're creating a company like this but what the fck do I know

I took my 13 year old daughter to the Ulta salon in Stroudsburg, PA to get her long straight hair cut and to add curtain bangs. The person who cut her bangs cut one shorter than the other. One of the bangs looked pretty good but the other one was cut straight across. The hairdresser who did this must have been aware of her mistake, but instead of letting me know about it she blowed dried it so that it was not noticeable. When I got home after close inspection I noticed the mistake. Contacted Ulta customer support and they referred me to the Ulta salon manager. The manager requested a photo of my daughter’s hair to confirm my claim and scheduled an appointment for another hairdresser to fix the problem. I canceled the appointment because my daughter does not want these people to touch her hair. I feel that this was a waste of $52 dollars. Disappointed that they didn’t offer a refund for the poor quality of work.

My daughter accidentally canceled my membership. I received EXCELLENT help getting it back and saving $ in the process. It took a few emails but the answers were always quick and very very helpful and polite. I use this app every day and was very grateful for the help I got. Thank you so much.
