But whenever I do use MailerLite support, I 9/10 times either get exactly what I need or MailerLite helps me figure out a way to achieve what I need.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. For several months I had zero problems with purchasing items from this site. I’m not a seller but I enjoyed buying from the various sellers. Then about three weeks ago, I was suddenly having purchases cancelled by Mercari with no explanation. I tried messaging but the bots kept sending same responses which never answered my question. So I called them and after waiting awhile, the computer told me that “there is NO LIVE communication in your area”! I live in Texas near Dallas so it’s not like I’m in a remote location or something. I’ve had 3 orders of mine cancelled by Mercari with NO explanation. I’ve had to request cancellation and refund for 4 orders where the tracking never updated or the item never shipped. Even more frustrating is Mercari would send me a message saying I could cancel my order because of the unexplained delay but didn’t provide any link or way to cancel. So I’d message them and they (the bots or AI or whatever artificial intelligence) would tell me to be patient and wait another month. After this happened multiple times, I contacted my credit card provider and filed a dispute. Mercari immediately cancelled my order and shut down my account! WTH??? I’m currently waiting for one more item- which the tracking hasn’t updated in 5 days now- and once that’s completed I’ll happily delete my account and this app!!! Good riddance!!!! I am not sure that real humans work there. Seriously…and if this is the future…we’re so screwed.

Just visited :owe Greenville. NC store #0598.Needed a gallon of stain. No one in paint dept so ushed the button. Saw an employee down at end of aisle. He came up, did not acknowledge me standing at order counter. He proceeded to put a lid on a paint can, then another one I hit button again, still no acknowledgement with speaker blaring need help in Paint area. I gave up walked away.Went down to lumber are and picked up 2 X 8 piece of lattice and went down to saw and asked DAYTON, who was standing talking to another employee in light green vest. Dayton said he couldn't cut it. Only needed cut at 4 ft to get in my car. I asked him again to do me a favor and cut it. He asked me if I ever cut lattice and I said yes. Then with an attitude then why don't you take it home and cut it yourself and if you don't have saw buy one. I dropped the lattice and he called me an a--hole. That done it and I told he could put it away so he would have some work to do. He called me a a--hole 4 or 5 more times and I smiled and walked away. Went up from to talk to a manager and the best they could do was give me the supervisor for the tool dept. He told me to write a review. June 39 update: Lowes never responded, It appears they really don't care. Lowes needs some local competition.

I will never book with the hotel chains again.I had booked a room in May for a stay in June. Well I made a mistake of canceling the room thinking it was an another hotel reservation that I had with another hotel. I called the hotel right away when I realized the mistake and stated that I just made a mistake explained what happened and asked I can get my room back. The agent said no because the policy state that I can not get a refund or my room restated because the reservation was not made in 24 hour. I explained again what happened and was told of the policy again. I said I don't want a refund I just want the room I paid for. And again was told of the policy. I am so hurt that I've paid over $500. for 1 room for a family reunion weekend and can not get the room back. Now I have to cancel my trip because I can't afford another hotel.

I mistakenly ordered the Media Mod for the Hero8 instead of the Hero9. Despite noticing it straight away, it was impossible to cancel or modify the order. The customer service callback took 30 mins and I was told they can only modify orders for a few minutes after they're placed. It felt like this was impossible to avoid, and I was very frustrated to hear that I would need to pay the courier costs of the return back to Singapore - over $20! I felt caught out.However, I put on my Karen hat and finally got through to a supervisor, and I got a really pleasant experience. I received an full apology for the frustration caused, and a goodwill gesture of a free accessory as compensation. Nothing turns a review from 1* to 5* as quickly as free accessories, and my trust has been restored.Also, I recently used the lifetime warranty on a broken lanyard and the whole process was super easy, I got a new part within a week.
