Suspended Use One Time Missed Payment

I have had a capital one credit card for many years. I pay off my monthly balance on time. I was two weeks late recently by accident and they suspended my card with no notice. It stopped working for online automatic payments and in stores. I had $11,000 available balance and never carry a balance! I called and was told it was past due and that’s why suspended. Once all is paid off, I’m cancelling.

Many Negative Reviews and I can now see why they have so many…

I can now see why they have so many negative review. They cant even open the store iN Seal Beach, CA on time, didnt answer the phone for 19 minutes and had changed my appt for a makeup for a wedding and now I am happy I do not need to use their service as even when that happened they should have made sure I got my appt back they changed as they had a least a week to figure it out I would nevr recommend going their for any services now.
