Can not reach my account; can not reset the password; can not get any help. I believe that chess.com got too big for its own good and lost sight of trees behind the forest. The values of Kindness, Learning and Joy, on which chess.com supposedly was founded, are not there.

So long AT&T

I've never had any other service than AT&T, my landline back in the day with Bell Telephone, then it changed to AT&T... We're talking forever ago. No more, switched to T-Mobile and was made a happy customer the first day. Sick of the dishonest business tactics and overcharges almost monthly with AT&T.

Horrible customers service

Why do you automatically send people email that their package is delivered even when its not? For days now I have been trying to get in contact with them via email and chat bot and still no response for a package that I never received. What frustrates me the most is that they will answer you and say they are reading the past chat and 1 never write back again or two end the chat.

I decided to close my account with Spotify on the 27/01 they told me it would close immediately and I would loose the 18 days left already paid for.What crooks ! Other streaming subscriptions close your account at the end of the paid for period.

I use this website daily.

I've been a member since 2004. The editing section (for those with accounts) is clunky (knocked off a star). I love the feature to export all of my votes history to a .csv file. For being owned by Amazon, I would give it 3.5 stars but since half star rating aren't possible, I'll leave it rounded at 4 stars.
