How come I can’t rate less then one star? They do not consider a burner turning on by itself a safety hazard? Also, chatted online with them. Took screen shots of the conversation. Asked for it to be emailed. The emailed version had been edited by them to hid things they said and change some! Not acceptable!!

Furious with the service. Running late for my father's funeral (of all days) due to traffic and need to get some petrol for the drive up. The woman serving is casually standing about chatting to another customer after finishing serving him, glances at me and resumes the conversation. When she finishes, she's rude during the entire transaction and when I'm walking out of the door she shouts for me to "Smile". I hope you read this, and then you'll certainly understand why I wasn't smiling. Certainly shouldn't be working in a front facing role.

WARNING ⚠️ Never write anything & hard to put in short. But I’m facing eviction and PayPal blocked the money my best friend sent me to help me pay my rent after an accident resulting in an urgent back operation & no coverage. Endless hours of calls and messages to Paypal in various countries, no REAL explanation as to WHY, other than Paypal suspect risky business. My best friend sending money, risky? I provided all the information PayPal requested to verify the account, but they blocked the money for 180 days without even explaining WHY and I still can’t get my money out after 180 days. DON’T use these scammers, seriously! They are making interest on MY money. Infuriating to say the least! I wouldn’t be surprised someone ends up hurt at PayPal one day from someone with less tolerance. Best, nT

Said I was 11 in a server as a joke, account was disabled. Sent in my ID as proof that I was of age, with my username and face in frame. 1/2 months later and its still disabled. Reached out on twitter too. No response. I want my account back, I’ve done everything required for this.

Can’t believe how downhill ASOS have gone. I ordered a dress for my bridesmaid and it arrived with a faulty zip. Of course we wanted to return it and repurchase one that wasn’t damaged, but typically the dresses were now out of stock (not ideal as I had another bridesmaid I needed to order for too). We kept the dress as it was beautiful, and decided with alterations we’d fit a new zip. A couple months passed and the dress was back in stock, in just the one size, the correct size I needed for my other bridesmaid. I quickly ordered it and I couldn’t actually believe that when it arrived IT TOO HAD A BROKEN ZIP. I was absolutely fuming. I wanted a refund for both the dresses, they obviously have a design fault if they both have the same identical issue. But of course the time had now passed to return the first one. I returned the second one anyway and got my money back, but couldn’t believe it when a few days later the dress was back in stock in that one size again! They clearly put back for sale the returned broken dress, and infuriatingly some poor sod bought it and will have the same hassle I had. I think it’s despicable that ASOS knowingly resell faulty goods. I’m now stuck with the first dress, £100 out of pocket and still need to buy 2 new bridesmaid dresses. Absolutely fuming and won’t be ordering from these charlatans again.

On [01/012024 ], I visited your establishment store Westfield shopping center Ariel way London to return or exchange an item I had purchased. Regrettably, not only was I met with resistance, but the customer service representative called ( Supervisor/ Parwaz) also went so far as to call me a liar. This was not only disrespectful but entirely unwarranted.To add to my frustration, the item I purchased lacked labels, making it challenging to verify its authenticity and complicating the return process. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, the refusal to assist me was both disheartening and unprofessional.I believe in fair and ethical business practices, and I trust that your store values its customers.
