Astonishingly bad customer support for such a very simple request. This must be the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Zoom owes me 8+ hours of time back for something that should be a self-serve button in admin panel.I tried to cancel a service over a week before my company's renewal date, the bill would have been in excess of $1,000. I tried to cancel online but was told I needed to contact our company's account manager instead. I am then told by the account manager I need to e-mail the billing department who deal with these issues.The billing department simply could not be worse to deal with. They do not answer e-mails for weeks and when they do they don't seem to be able to read or understand the original e-mail. It took 10+ e-mails, 3+ phone calls and threats to share the situation publicly to get anyone to open my message. The billing team then responded over a month later 'to confirm that the bill I had paid 3 weeks prior was for the renewal' (note I was unable to stop the money from incorrectly coming out of my account). It was incredibly frustrating to have dedicated hours of time to try to contact them for them to a) take my money and b) reply with such little empathy and weak comprehension skills.It took several more days and multiple e-mails before I was told that as a 'one-time courtesy' they would issue a refund, and that in the future I should 'be sure to cancel my subscription prior to the renewal date'. This is despite the fact I had originally initiated a cancellation support ticket almost 2 months priorI need a lie down. I can now never recommend Zoom to anyone that values their time above zero.

I personally can’t fault Zara online! I mainly order online as unfortunately there are no local Zara Shops near me. Very quick delivery (recently within 48 hours) and straight forward returning with a quick refund back on my card. All my favourite items to wear are all from Zara. Also an added bonus to send back multiple orders in one parcel for one return fee.I would have giving 5 stars but the confusion in regards to items arriving with their labels in euro but the exchange rate into pounds just doesn’t add up (being charge more for the item), but I suppose they can charge whatever they like 🤷🏼♀️

I opened a CD account online with Wells Fargo two months ago. To begin with, I had to submit an application and wait 10 days to get approved to open an account. Keep in mind, I am giving money to Wells Fargo and not applying for a loan!! After two months I received a letter that I need to go in-person to a local branch and show my Social Security otherwise they will close my account. I went to a local branch which is not close to my house and the employee told me I have to have an appointment to show my SS card to someone!! She also said opening an account is a "privilege" and that's why I had to fill an application and wait for it to get approved! I closed my account right there. These people do NOT care about their customers.

Charged my card 8x but yet they sat it was declined for a total of $9,200 and they have a hold on my money and it will take 7 business days. Before I discovered that they kept charging me I attempted another card and that card was charged 2x but it was declined and its on hold for 7 days. I can't wait for Macys to go out of business.

This review is about the Good morning Britain show,I gave up watching Two weeks ago after being a regular viewer for many years.The reasons are it’s boring and fails to inform and instead is a continuous tirade of self opinionated drama queens nothing more than gossip and personal opinions.`From chomping at the bit to environmental lessons in between trying to get a weather report.Medical advice that changes depending on the current headlines from overworked celebrity doctors .News headlines from all singeing and dancing superstar I think she might be related to Fred Astaire oh and mr poser in between other shows with coloured disc.The only reason why this show worked has left and now so have I .`Finally the constant Conservative bashing is what I am annoyed at your program should inform in a unbiased format instead we have personal self obsessed views.

Having watched three episodes I have been appalled by the events unfolding in this series and upset and angry at the way these sub-postmasters and their families have been treated, abused and terrified by the Post Office. Given the seriousness of this subject it is a pity that ITV have chosen to interface so many adverts during the broadcasting of this programme. It was sometimes difficult to follow because of these interruptions. I trust that heads will roll within the Post Office, Fujitsu and their respective advisors following any investigation.

I warm everybody against ''FREE TRIALS'' It is a corporate lie and I will sue them for the damage caused by their corporate greed and arrogance.
