Review of dynadot
I've been a customer of Dynadot for [2] years, and I recently faced an issue with my domain being locked. Unfortunately, despite several emails sent to complaintsdynadot.com, I haven't gotten a response or any help in resolving the issue. The lack of communication and support has been frustrating, especially since my domain is crucial to my business. I expected better service from a company like Dynadot. I hope they improve their customer support and take immediate action to resolve my issue.
Review of clover
If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. They sell you on terms of 2% and $5 a month and then they charge you 2 to 3 times that every month. And then when you go to cancel, they require you to sign a paper agreeing to be charged a ridiculous amount. And once you agree to it, they charge you 2 to 3 times that.

Review of uniqlo
Uniqlo's clothing is great and the quality is fine. So why only two stars? They use Hermes to deliver their orders and in my area Hermes is terrible. With my last order Hermes managed to drop my package at someone's door (not my area). The website showed "delivered". I had to spent time to get Hermes to admit that the package wasn't delivered. I reported this on the Uniqlo website twice but I never got a receipt so I had to raise a case with Paypal. Later I found out there is a chat function on the website. Using this I was able to contact an Uniqlo employee but after the initial contact I didn't hear anything anymore. In the mean time I opened a case on Paypal to get a refund and it's thanks to Paypal and my own efforts that I was successful after more than two weeks. During the whole process Uniqlo was unresponsive and slow to act. It shouldn't be like that. I understand there are frauds active but why would I lie? I've spent a couple of hundred £££ would I steal from them (because that is how I felt - there was little trust from their side). Unfortunately because of this experience I will not order from Uniqlo again. And as there is no Uniqlo store in my area it means they lost me as a customer. Aftersales and careful selection of your delivery partners is important!
Review of kayak
I booked a rental car through Kayak. A GMC Yukon for a fishing trip in upstate New York. When we drove to the address on the receipt, the Dollar Rental was boarded up and closed. After driving by twice we noticed a posted notice that all rentals now go through Hertz. We followed the directions to the Hertz and the GMC Yukon we prepaid for was not available and a very rude manager told us that we could have a Mini Van or a Kia Sorrento and that was all he had. We finally complained until we got a Silverado pick up truck. It was not what we wanted and it smelled of cigarette smoke. We were very upset by this and will not book with Kayak again.

Review of oculus
This has been the worst tech experience I've ever had - Oculus Quest is not ready. "Move fast & break things", sure - but what about fixing things, not so much. Right out of the box the right controller didn't work (which basically renders the entire system useless). Contacted customer service, who after 5 days say they are still "investigating" and I need to be patient. Didn't seem so patient when it came time to take my money. Besides, what's to investigate? This is a known issue that could be solved with a replacement controller - preferably one that actually works. I will give them 1 more day, then this whole thing is going back and I'll wait for the wireless HTC Vive.
Review of fandango
I selected a theater and movie and went to checkout. The system prompted me to log in. I log in and completed checkout only to realize that when logging in, the system changed my theater selection. It was not the theater I had selected and we realized that when they could not scan the ticket code. I tried to immediately request an exchange or refund but customer service would not answer chat and the posted movie time was 5:00 and it was 5:03. I reached out to customer service via their contact but although they can see the tickets were not scanned or used and I proved I had to buy different tickets, they refuse to refund. It was their systems error that caused this entire issue! I will never use this service again and I was shocked when. I sought out a place to post a review and realized how awful their customer service is and how many people have had issues! How are state attorney generals everywhere not investigating this company??
