I was trying to up date a older GPS

I was trying to up date a older GPS. and had problems so the attendant on line asked for my phone number so they can call me to help. That went fine I had a hard time understanding the person who called. We finally got signed in and the had control of my computer kept moving the mouse arrow to my email I asked him to stop and he kept repeating shut up over and over screaming g it at me. So I just disconnected from the internet. He them yelled some more I asked him if he knew what good customer service was. I took the GPS and threw it in the trash and and will never own another Garmin product again.Jim E.

Avoid FreshBooks

About three years ago the pressure was increased to try to get us to sign up for their in house merchant services. We politely refused every time. Fast forward to mid 2020 and they decided to port over to a new site and no longer support the #1 processor- authorize.net. After investing thousands of dollars to have our programmers initially develop our site to use the Freshbooks API we were told we had to hire developers to redesign our site AND use their merchant service. Instead we hired a programmer to design our own shopping cart and system so that we can bypass Freshbooks altogether. I have never been so annoyed by a vendor in my life. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using Freshbooks give it a long, hard look. If you develop or design a process or system around them the possibility exists that one day you will have to scrap it and completely go back to the drawing board.

This company cannot be trusted

This company cannot be trusted. I received a t-shirt that was too large. I contacted them to have it exchanged and they instructed me to destroy the t-shirt and send them a picture in order to get a refund. I ripped the t-shirt in two and sent a picture and they never replied. I had to fight the charge with PayPal. DO NOT buy anything from them.

I ordered 988$ worth of parts

I ordered 988$ worth of parts. They shipped their products through ontrack. Ontrack said my package was delivered but, I never received it. Contacted newegg with a police report. Newegg declined my claim without any reasoning. They won't refund my money nor replace my products. You're better off going to microcenter, best buy, Amazon or anywhere else.

Black Friday Terrible Service

I ordered some items taking advantage of the Black Friday deals because otherwise, let’s be honest here, their makeup is not affordable for everyday use. I ordered foundation online (in addition to a couple other things) the night of Black Friday for 50% off what would normally be $39. 3 days after placing my order and after all Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals were no where to be found, they tell me that the foundation in my order has been cancelled because they cannot fulfill the order. At first they offered me nothing but a refund until I expressed how upsetting and inconvenient this experience was because I bought my whole entire face of makeup but am now missing the most important part- FOUNDATION, then they tried to offer free shipping on my next purchase which is useless to me because 1. I live right down the road from an Ulta store and 2. I don’t regularly buy expensive makeup and now there were no deals left. Then their final offer, I’m guessing because they have not replied to my email about switching the shade to one that is in stock and I could also use for the same price, they offered me a coupon that can be found on their website by every single other customer... $5 off a $15 item which I could not use on any full sized foundation they have because the prices were now brought back up to $39 for a bottle of foundation. No thanks. I’ll keep my money and spend it elsewhere then. You’d think that they’d hold up to their prices when someone makes an order on Black Friday and they have to cancel it days later. I even offered to wait until the shade that was out of stock would ship. I wish they would’ve at least kept up with updating their website to tell you what products were out of stock because I was looking into another product in comparison to the one that was cancelled that I can’t order for the same price now.
