And like all business big or small at times they have their faults.However I just want to say the biggest thankyou to Telstra for all the support and compassion that you have given me with keeping myself and family connected through our hardship times and the covid pandemic.Especially your support pandemic time and understanding loss of work/ jobs.Thankyou Telstra.

Telstra is lying to the customer about the speed and connections they have promised! It's just Terrible! It was an awful online chat with a technician! The technician repeated questions as an AI asked me to reset my modern two times!!! Trying to solve the issues on a Sunday is such a waste of time. However, nothing has been solved. I don't get a connection to my 5G, and 2.4 speed is slow like a dial-up! From this 5-hour conversation, I have got an even worse connection speed than before rest from a Professional technician in Telstra!!!
