I ordered a book, ABE books had correct mailing label, but the barcode label was incorrect. It kept getting delivered to the wrong address. They made me deal with USPS to get the issue corrected. It arrived 2 weeks after it was scheduled, so missed giving it as a gift to a family member. They own delivery, but they made me sort it out. Lame.

Terrible experience with the booking process. Money taken out of my bank account when the cruise credit should have been used against the deposit. No information online stating that you must do this by telephone. No information about this on the terms and conditions. RCL failing to be open and honest about what customers need to do so they can extract more money from customers. Last time I will be going on a cruise with them as it has left a sour taste in my mouth before I have even been on the cruise.Customer service is seriously lacking, staff have obviously been primed not to let anyone have their money back at any cost.

You can say this is the best social platform in the world!But really Reddit is a poorly moderated bunch of idi0ts who spend their entire time on reposting the same years-old content over and over. Racism/sexism/homophobia/pedophilia are part of the normal daily activity. The graphical user interface is actually purposely designed to irritate unknowing newbies.Never let your innocent children visit Reddit, seriously.

Here's the comment I just tried to put for an MSN article that didn't meet community guidelines. "That's a pretty big leap you took there." SCANDALOUS!!!! With this poor of AI content moderation, how are we supposed to trust they will get AI correct and safe in general when it comes to everything else? Clean up what you have now before jumping to the next new thing. Or just get rid of the ability to comment all together if there is no interest to improve it.

Been an occasional subscriber for 2 years.I subscible exclusively to record and watch college and pro football games, as I work weekends and can't watch live.Last year, the first three New England Patriots games didn't record, so I missed them, I had it set up correctly, but was told some 'network restrictions prevented the games from being recorded. I known this was a lie,I cancelled. This year the 'key plays' function no longer works and they force 'multiview' on users whether they want it or not.I'm not paying $100 a month to watch the game on a tiny little box on the screen covered by stats.I sent video clips clearly showing the problems and their reply was 'It's working'.I cancelled.In both cases, technical support would lie, make stuff up, or ignore the actual questions of support emails, just so they wouldn't have to do any work.Believe all the bad reviews, the service is unreliable and the customer/technical support is as bad as people say.

Abysmal. Needed to amend my order. Ended up needing to cancel and refund, and then reorder. After battling the bizarre customer service system to speak with someone on the phone, I was told it had been done (all within half an hour of ordering) and I didn’t need to do anything else. I received no confirmation via email or otherwise. I checked via chat and was it had been cancelled and I’d have confirmation within 24h. 10 hours later, after I’d already reordered elsewhere, I received a courier email saying it had been shipped and money was taken.
