Placed an order from Australia last week and very excited. Made a minor error on the shipping address which likely would have not made a difference but tried to get it corrected. Emailed US customer service and was asked for some more details - which I responded to. Then received an email saying they could not update the minor address detail and had cancelled my order and issued a refund. Honestly the worst outcome ever with no warning they would do this and an absolute pain making me go back and reorder my items (if still available). It’s actually stupid.
Review of Shopify
2 stars rather than 1 because some things have gone well... but I've been locked out of my own account (after my phone was stolen and I no longer have access to that number) since JUNE! Aha. Kayla in Shopify Plus Support said they'd get me back in and I'm sill waiting. 120 days and counting! It's quite incredible, really.
Review of Shopify
We have been an online business for close to 20 years. After hearing all the hype around Shopify, we moved our sizable business over to Shopify Plus under a 3-year contract. We spent a good portion of 12 months getting everything ready for the migration, speaking to numerous Shopify sales reps, engineers and our onboarding manager all who confirmed that Shopify had the ability to do what we needed it to do. We gave them a long list of functions and were assured that either Shopify could do it natively or there was an app that could do it. Basic functions you'd expect an e-commerce platform to be able to do such as calculate shipping and order dispatch, product bundling and product variations, syncing to Google Shopping, syncing with MYOB to manage inventory levels etc all couldn't be done. It sounds so basic it is ridiculous to think that an e-commerce platform which is so widely used cannot perform such basic functions. It's like it's a basic system that works great if you're selling light weight products and can offer free shipping or use Australia Post, but anything oversize it can't handle. We tried numerous apps but it seems that each time we thought we figured out a workaround for 1 issue, another issue was created. After visibility and sales tanking and pleading with Shopify to let us out of our contract (and them declining) we had no choice but to cut our losses (we're talking mid 6 figures). We were faced with the choice of losing our business and laying off 15 staff, or rebuild our site back on the platform we were using previously and hope we can turn things around. Shopify's support once they had the signed contract was non-existent. They made promises and said their system plus apps could do everything we wanted, but once we were locked into a $2,000pm USD contract for 3 years, they didn't want to help. We are taking the matter to the ACCC. We've already lost enough without being locked into paying Shopify for another 24 months. Surely, the ability to generate an accurate shipping quote, dispatch orders, feed products into Google Shopping and integrate with MYOB is the bare basics of what an e-comm platform should be able to provide.

Review of google
I have had very good reason to bring to the attention of Google that some of the ads they are carrying are deceitful, for example Honor 7 pro mobile phone advertised at £799 but click on the site and its suddenly its £1099, do Google do anything about it? NO That makes them as bad as the crooked advertiser

I'm a contributor and want to close my account. Made about €25 during about 4 years. The earnings for a contributor are very low. Now I want to close my account but the money I (and they) earned from my pictures can't be transferred to my account because the minimum is €100. No words....

all our machines are down. nobody from Clover picking up the phoneI understand this isn't just us it is Uk wide but in such a situation Clover should have an email way of contacting all clients to tell them what is going on and how long this will last for. We are a hotel and have clients in and out all the time paying at the bars and on check in. Disaster.

Review of xero
Since zero has changed their invoicing from a platform that worked extremely well to a format that does not work well at all I am very disappointed and I’m giving it a one star review here. Since I depend on the invoicing as a major part of my business, which, any successful business would, the invoicing feature has moved about 15 years backwards in its ability to be useful. The new invoicing is very difficult to navigate, is not intuitive and it takes 2 to 3 times longer to accomplish a simple task (if one can even figure it out without contacting the help desk) than the old invoicing Did.If you are considering purchasing the software and plan to use it for invoicing, I would recommend a different company. It used to be great and I recommended it to a lot of my clients, but I cannot do that anymore because of the invoicing issue. It takes unnecessary time for staff to accomplish simple tasks using this new invoicing format. I used to be a big advocate of this accounting software, but I can no longer endorse or recommend it to my clients.

Horrible and frustrated experience with purchase in Uniqlo website. you got to watch out if you buying stuff in store or online. without hangtag you can't refund or exchange. Or if you open the package of some items that you bought they don't return or exchange too.Horrible customer service.

Review of playstation
playstation and playstation network is absolutely terrible and unhelpful, if you ever lose your account, stop using it, or get hacked and cannot find any info on the actual account that you legitimately own then they are totally helpful and an absolute waste of your time, just save yourself a massive headache and make a new account otherwise just flat out stop getting anything from playstation because they dont care about their users whatsoever. i recently bought some steam games and wanted to go back into my account only to find out its unrecoverable even though i still own the account and get the recover emails but their system is broken and blocks me from regaining it and support is useless and wont help unless i prove i own a playstation still and i haven't played in years up until recently when they started releasing games on steam which frustrates me so instead I just made a new account but am still extremely disappointed.
