Agoda cancellations policy is not customer oriented. For example I booked for two days and my plan was changed. I wanted to cancel the second day and Agoda do not allow to cancel second day, The customer care executive handled the situation like a robot. They will not understand customer concern instead they will say I emailed to the hotel and called the hotel but not response. When checked with hotel, the hotel will say hotel staff did not receive any email or phone call from Agoda. Customer money is gone already

I’m a public schoolteacher and former lawyer and I will be sending you a demand letter under Massachusetts General Laws for your unfair and deceptive business practices, which allows me to request double or even triple damages for deliberate bad faith practices. Shame on you for stealing money from students and ordinary people and people overseas; is that your business model? You apparently don’t care about these horrible reviews and sad stories of desperate people trying to stop you from sucking $40 every month from their bank accounts. So when I finish up the school year (or maybe before) I will be contacting the Attorneys General in MA and NY to investigate and put a stop to this. Maybe some investigative journalists too. It’s a shame because all I wanted to do was read one of your articles on teaching that my sister sent me, so I signed up for 12 weeks for 12 dollars. Now you owe me 6 months at $40, or $240.00 of my hard-earned dollars. Believe me I WILL get them back, even if I have to file a small claim in Chicopee, where you apparently have an office, because I simply will not tolerate a bully or a cheat. First the positive.The Telegraph have some fantastic offers that quite often "pop up" when visiting their site.Recently a years subscription for £25 that auto-renews at £200 + a year later. A policy, great for attracting new subscribers , not so good to keep them if it auto renews.I had an issue when my subscription was due for renewal .On my third call spoke to Ema who sorted everything out. All my calls were answered almost immediately. Negative. Be careful regarding renewal dates it would seem they use the USA date format month-day-year.Auto renewal can also be cancelled (according to their site) My view is they should just have a great value offer and save a lot of the negative reviews.Also most important you need to like the product.

This is a complaint about the interview process for the position of sales assistant. The treatment of the people they supposedly want to hire is horrible and humiliating. I applied to the shop located in the Westfield shopping centre in London. I applied in the normal way and received an interview offer. I responded indicating my availability of date and time, but did not receive confirmation, which I found strange. Despite this, I attended the interview at the suggested time. Upon arrival, during roll call, my name was not mentioned and, in a humiliating manner, I was made to get off with an employee who simply told me to leave. I felt discriminated against and humiliated by the lack of ethics and morals of the shop staff. In addition, I noticed that all the employees were white. I am of brown skin and from Latin American origin, which makes me think that there is an obvious bias in their hiring process.

I was initially asked for a proof of address (provided), then for my Orginal ID document (from KYC - provided) then a video verification video (provided). My phone is yet to be changed. Very disappointed by this disgraceful and borderline fraudulent service. Incredibly trust eroding - I used to love Crypto.com, but after this experience hard to ever trust them again. I wonder if I will ever manage to get that number changed..
