Very bad company, bought 20 tickets for an event for Kizz Daniel . Received an email a few hours before the event that the show had been postponed. I requested for a refund and no help from support to assist in this matter . The organisers are not responding either. Complete rip off of €1300.You should do better in protecting your customers as you are the third party for these event promoters . Very disappointing customer service

Worst nightmare of service I ever received in my life. Like dominos, one issue led to another, starting with screwing up the order placed a week before for "additional" service at our new business "second location". Had instead, disconnected service at original location (4 years with AT&T), transferring only internet and fax line, and sent a technician out who's behavior was rude and dismissive to my office staff, and fixed only one active phone line with the fax number. Between my office staff and myself, we spent an entire Friday being transferred over and over again to numerous departments and still couldn't get service restored back at the original location by end of business day. At the last hour, was told by a supervisor (which I demanded at this point), acknowledged they 'screwed up' but being a Friday, required a "NEW" order for service at the location mistakenly disconnected and no tech available until mid following week. Needless to say, I called Xfinity and had internet (with a tech out) the following day. AT&T customer service is a joke and not serious enough for BOTH my office locations, but for my home service as well.

I made a purchase of just under £1200 several times, after ten minutes the amount returned to my credit card, I tried to chat with customer service, the button to contact them appeared, nothing opened, I tried to have them call me, by pressing the button an incomprehensible puzzle appeared, I tried about ten times, then I sent Amazon to collect the flowers and bought somewhere else.

I have truely seen it all.Prime driver came onto our site compound and as a construction worker this is dangerousHe dumped his van in our compound and desided to throw everyones parcels over the fence, this invluded electrical items. I have truel seen it all. I challenged him saying why are you throwing peoples belonges after i challenged him to him parking on a construction site, his reply was " i have over 300 parcels to deliver, if i walk everywhere then i make no money" all because i stated health and safety. Now if all delivery drivers are like this at amazon then fxvk me god help us when we order goods. Poor person who will be recieving the electrical goods and other parcels.Terrible

Shocked and annoyed at yet another price increase! Doesn’t seem five minutes since the last one!? I use Spotify a lot - however I use barely any of the features. I pick albums I like and create my own playlists and that’s it. I only pay because the adverts absolutely ruin listening experience and infuriate me. Well, another price increase has infuriated me too. It’s not like my wages are going up whilst the cost of everything else is. And there are alternatives to Spotify…! It’s not like money even goes from Spotify to the artists (which is why I still buy physical copies of their records)

The individual products are nice and work well, but my experience with a solution of only low to moderate complexity involving multiple Jotform products fell apart on multiple levels. The API in particular does not work as described. Poor documentation and mostly unhelpful responses from support wasted weeks of my time chasing a solution that Jotform can't actually support.Feels like a company that, at least on the integrations side, has bitten off more technical complexity than they are able to properly support at this time.

They advertised wrongly a property. After spending 9 and a half hours on the phone with their customer service, we agreed on a refund with them and the owner of the property we rented. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Every time you call them, they tell you a different story and don't fix anything. They told me the financial team would get in touch with me and after two weeks nobody has had the decency to drop me an email or a phone call. Stay away from these scammers.

I'm disappointed that I'm here writing a poor review about a business we have used many times and travelled with quite extensively. Quite what they've done to the login process is beyond me. It's convoluted and completely unnecessary, this was a travel site, not a bank. I want ease especially when I'm travelling. Please get this sorted otherwise I won;t be using you again.

Appalling returns process. Rakuten Kobo make you pay for returns on their already expensive ereaders. On top of this, you have to go through their customer service to even submit a return request via the chatbot. There's currently no webpage to independently submit a return. In addition to this, I had to contact them multiple times as the first time the customer service rep didn't submit the return authorisation. On the second attempt I have now got it authorised - but apparently the returns label is 'pending'? So it cannot be printed, it's baffling as to why the returns label is withheld at all.I have never ever encountered a returns system this cumbersome and inconvenient, especially for a large enterprise like Rakuten Kobo. I would suggest avoiding using their returns system - if at all possible.
