Horrific company

Horrific company. I’ve been out of contract for a while so decided to switch. I told WP engine I want to cancel the contract, I’ve had no reply on the 5 occasions I’ve emailed. They now keep pestering me for money that I don’t owe and have taken a random amount of money with no permission out of my account. Very very poor business be very careful

Terrible customer services and poor quality

I bought two merino wool jumpers in London. When I got home to Gloucestershire one had a hole in the back and the other gained a hole the first day I wore it. Customer Services wriggled out of a refund despite my best efforts. Two jumpers binned due to holes. Left a large hole in my wallet too. Avoid!

How do I give a 0 star rating

How do I give a 0 star rating? They have refused to give me a refund and I just purchased the game less than 12 hours ago. The game has horrendous performance and I have less than an hour of playtime. I don't even know why they have a refund option at this point because unless you refund the game the literal second after you buy it you will have passed the deadline.

"AI first"

I've used Duolingo for almost 10 years and it breaks my heart to see a company destroy itself by putting AI above human jobs. I can't support a company that does this, it's extremely dissapointing, I'm cancelling my subscription and finding people that don't put robots above human jobs.As if this wasn't bad enough, the CEO has responded to the backlash accusing everyone else of being stupid and saying they all "misunderstood" - we understand fine, Duolingo has an AWFUL CEO that needs to be replaced with one that puts HUMAN JOBS first.

Disappointing obvious packaging around Christmas

Good deal with Buy 2 get the second pair half price but really disappointed with the obvious packaging, especially around Christmas. Ordered a package for my mom and sister and my mom took the delivery off the driver with my sister in the room. Myself and my father already have crocs so she knew they were for her for Christmas. Disappointing.

The support offered often falls short, with issues taking longer to resolve than anticipated and the assistance provided not being as thorough or proactive as it should be. This situation underscores the need for a significant improvement in how staff engage with clients, ensuring that customers feel valued, their concerns are addressed promptly, and the overall banking experience becomes more efficient and satisfactory. There is certainly ample room for TD Bank to refine its customer service approach and make meaningful changes that would better align with the needs and expectations of its clientele.

None of their coupons work

None of their coupons work. I have a Macy's charge and they send me coupons that never work. The cashier has a million excuses why I can't use them. Now they advertise $10.00 for every 50 you spend. I got $30.00 for the $205.00 I spent. In my book that would be $40.00. I only have 1 week to use it. Why are you still in business.

Kantar own an app called Shoppix I have complained to them as Shoppix have disabled my account I had sent them numerous emails about my promised points which obviously were too much trouble to answer. Easier to disable my account Have put a complaint into kantar about this but no reply from either Shoppix or kantar Customer service!!!

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. Horrible service. Will never use eBay again. Ordered an item. Not only that it took 20 days to ship but was shipped to the wrong address by seller. Contacted customer service and appealed giving proof that item was delivered to wrong zip code. Again they have no voice way of contacting and only via some clicks in website. They said they will get back in 3 days. After 3 days they just closed the case saying the seller had given a tracking number “ but to a wrong address” and said there will not be a refund. There was no way to call anyone to really explain the problem. How can such a case be closed. It could also be a scam. I appealed asking for proof that the item was shipped to my address. I got no response and it said after reviewing the case was closed and there is no way to open.

I support many Change.org campaigns as they relate to the kind of issues which concern me eg fighting injustices, opposing undiscussed environmental or planning decisions, helping individuals bring about change for the better. I am kept up -to -date on the progress of petitions I have signed which is encouraging.

The only reason it doesn't get 1 star…

The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because people can freely say just about anything, but that comes with the cost of seeing the dumbest people and unrelenting waves of advertising and propaganda bots. 9gag is like imgur without moderation, but still more respectable to a low sense. 9gag says no kids and imgur says go after kids.

Worst experience of my life, worse than scammers. My first 2 accounts were hacked. Facebook doesn't let me open new one even though provided with passport, tel. number, email and ID card.Surreal situation and the worst business I've ever seen. Unbelievable
