paid for pro but for the last month its been worse than the free version. it forgets withing a minute, gives completely unrelated answer if it gives any, Im always having to refresh or close the tab. it will generate endless code wghen not asked and then in 2 minutes you will hit you limits, its completely waste of money and time open AI are passing thier free legacy model off as pro be warned!!!!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have been trying to get a hold of the IRS since March. There is no absolute way to talk to a REAL PERSON unless you have your Social Security number, how you filed, and “the amount of your return” and birthdate. Which when you owe federal but are getting a refund from the state, there is no real answer of what amount to put in. I just keep getting a message saying my information does not match.AND SOMEHOW my birthdate was changed internally and no one can tell me how it happened. I had to go to the nearest Social Security Office to look into my situation. And yes my birthdate had been changed somehow. And because my information does not match, which is out of my control, I have had NO WAY of talking to someone. This is a really terrible thing. My identity has been illegally changed without my permission and I can’t talk to someone to figure this out. Absolutely ridiculous. What are my tax dollars going to? Obviously not humans working for the government anymore. It’s all with robots that hang up on you. Just a great way to have a 30,000 sq ft building to pay for only 2 employees to work at such a place. And for American citizens to get no where.

Flight from Miami to LaGuardia, checked baggage control had 2 people to assist over 250 people waiting at the queue and being careless if people would lose their flight. Completely apathetic to help the process move forward. Will never use the airline again, shame.

I never knew who my dad was. The first day I got my results I was able to fill in this piece that was missing for so long. My relatives were so kind and welcoming diligently helping me connect the dots. Unfortunately my dad passed 3 years before I found him but I have a sister and a niece. I am beyond excited to build a relationship with them. Thank you for Ancestry making me finally feel whole.

I have been a user of Duolingo since 2019 and never had any technical issues and no problems renewing my subscription. I renewed my subscription a couple of days ago and chose family plan. They took my money and ended my subscription. I have tried contacting them but have yet to get a response. They also don’t give refunds you have to go through apple as that’s how I paid. If Duolingo get my subscription sorted out then that’s okay but I don’t think I will renew it again if I going to have to go through all the stress of getting it sorted. Pity they don’t pay attention to their customers reviews it’s obvious they don’t care about customer service.

Consumer Reports used to be great and interactive. You could rate your products and it actually had one of the most comprehensive surveys for your products beyond just standard reviews. Now you can't submit reviews of products anymore. They just completely removed that ability and it's not a useless site. The lack of ability to do so means less transparency and less overall desire to even remotely interact with their website, the magazine, and makes me question their customer feedback since I can't personally contribute anymore like you used to be able to do. They have surveys every once and a while but that's not good enough. Need to be able to review products as we see fit on our own time. Do surveys based off of what we review say a year later a follow-up survey comes to us to check reliability etc and then again for the next few years or allow updated reviews too. This new way is just terrible. Everybody I know that loved it no longer uses or trusts it because of these changes.

Absolute nightmare. A friend of mine built a simple landing page on Webflow and asked me to help her connect a custom domain. Should’ve been a quick favor - but no. First, I can’t even log in with her credentials. Resetting the password doesn’t work, and the login screen just keeps glitching.Then we tried the “team” approach - she invited me to collaborate. Guess what? Webflow wants BOTH of us to pay just so I can help her fix a basic setup issue. What kind of logic is that? I’m not even trying to build anything myself - just lending a hand.This platform is hostile to collaboration and clearly designed to squeeze money out of users at every step. It’s overly complex, clunky, and way too greedy.I don’t recommend Webflow to anyone. Stay away.

Their support is great, and their service offering is too.But they regularly massivley increase their prices. While a big initial discount is common in the industry, SiteGround takes it to the extreme. My price got increased by 409.7%. Look for a provider that offer good long-term deals.
