I don't think 1 star is low enough to rate the distress and poor communication that comes from dealing with this company. Even to try and speak to someone that can help is so difficult that you really don't want to even try, as you know how awful it is. Hours on hold as you are passed from pillar to post with no resolution. When you finally log an issue they ask you to call. As you can imagine, the same thing happens all over again. A truly awful company that cares very little about anyone if you avoid using them for anything I would, because if anything goes wrong they will not help. Save yourself the pain and anxiety and AVOID.
Review of mailchimp
This is the worst app/API I have ever seen. From a developer point of view, I have never seen anything worsely designed from a major company. Dashboard works half of the times, if you are lucky. API is really messy and examples on their on docs often don't work. They have very very very strange rules which make it impossible to test your setup. I do not recommend anyone to use this weird platform.
Review of foxnews
I have watched Fox News since college in 2001. Coming home from work to watch The Five, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, and Sean Hannity was a great end to the day. After a few years of the Five, life got busy and I slowly eased away from them, since Greg Gutfeld was the only one I really liked. But I still watched Tucker faithfully, usually on the go on the Fox app or on YouTube. The last few years, Fox's disdain for Trump has been apparent, but no more obvious than this last year. The debacle that was Chris Wallace in the debate clued a lot of us in with the way Fox was headed--into the sewer that is the Democrat party. Then came the night of the election and I thought well, surely, Fox can't ignore the Trump supporters. Yet, Fox kept calling states for Biden that Trump was clearly ahead in. Bill Hemmer kept trying to justify it by saying well this is based on projections from 2016. And that, my friends, is the whole mantra of Fox these past few days. Projections. They honestly think they have the right to name the next president? Last time I checked, it was the electoral college, not the Murdoch family. The final straw was firing Judge Jeanine Pirro. I deleted the Fox app, Unfollowed and unliked them on facebook and will not be watching them ever again. I will get my news from Newsmax, Breitbart, heck, I would even go back to old school newspapers. Anything but these sellout traitorous vipers.

I wanted to exchange sizes of two items from an online order. I visited local store and was told the items were online only. I called customer services and they said I’d have to return the items and pay for return charge and then order the items in the required size and pay delivery again - a total of £8 in charges. I asked if they could offer me a promo code to give me free delivery and the advisor actually told me I’d have to spend over £50 for free delivery. The items only cost £9.90 each! I said that their returns policy is a disgrace and she actually agreed that it’s not “customer friendly” - yet still offers no goodwill gesture. A huge company like Uniqlo charging for returns is DISGUSTING. Won’t be buying from them again.

Review of discogs
I've been a member of Discogs for a little over a year. In that time I've ordered 5 LP`s. Of those 5, only 3 ever arrived. I seem to have made the fatal mistake of ordering per "Standard Delivery". Those records simply "vanished" in delivery. Having learned that lesson, I then ordered the rest per Registered Mail/DHL/Hermes...for a considerable additional cost. If you are looking for a special record you can't find anyplace else (and price plays no role) , or are simply too d...n lazy to support your local record store, then Discogs is for you. Just be sure you pay the additional price for registered post, or kiss your $€£ goodbye....
Review of befunky
I was charged by Befunky.com 14.99 & Google 9.99 for the same thing. I contacted BeFunky they gave me a detailed list of what they needed to cancel & what to do to cancel in Google. I did everything they asked. I never got charged again by Google but BeFunky have charged me 6months since I cancelled in May. I just canceled, Again! Reporting them to BBB too
Review of yelp
I was really disappointed with my experience with Yelp's service. I encountered an issue with their promotional charging system, and despite reaching out via email and phone, I had a hard time getting a response. Their lack of communication and refusal to provide a refund was really frustrating. Once I finally got in touch with them after over month, the said we do not do refund, even though I did not subscribe. Never share your bank details with them!!!Use google and stay away from yelp.

Paper good, unsubscribing very poor.Cancellation button should be provided online. I emailed to cancel and was told to cancel by phone. So I rang and went into a queue, so emailed again to cancel and was told to phone again. So phoned again and got through. Person was very pleasant and professional but went through the usual script to try to retain business - about 10 minutes.Overall a very poor experience when cancelling....
Review of temu
I gave 4 stars because, the Temu company is very good, products are good. I have ordered so many products the last 6 months, However, since recently my packages have not been delivered by the Srilankan courier company CEPEX. This company doesn't have a registered office, nor do they answer calls. I feel CEPEX is stealing our packages. Once they collect the parcel, they stick to it, and do not deliver. Temu has refunded my money, however, I was waiting for over a month for the parcels. It's very dissapointing when this happens.

Review of squarespace
I have four websites on Squarespace (including an ecomm shop) and have been on the platform for two years. I'm surprised by all of the one-star and negative reviews. Is it perfect? No. But no platform like this is perfect. However, I have had few issues and none that were not fixable in some way. SEO is pretty good and all four of my sites rank well and perform well on Google. Sure there are a few annoying things I'd like to see change, but the platform regularly evolves, which is a plus in my books.
