Went to buy a laptop and windows bundle from Bradford store, was stood around waiting over 30 minutes, when I asked an employee if he could help me with some questions I was told they are under staffed and the best he can do is add me to a list to wait to be seen (which he didn’t take my name for, so unsure how he added me to the list) Left the store and travelled 25 minutes to the Guiseley store where the customer service couldn’t have been any different! 5 stars for the Guiseley store! Chamen and Brad were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they couldn’t help enough and were very friendly. Just the kind of customer experience you expect and want when you’re spending a large amount of money. Give those guys a bonus, wonderful service!

Horrible Order exp. with Amazon Japan !!! My order was provideded with misleading information (saying that it was delayed because of revising shipment cost.) and then as I expected the order will go through, it cancelled days later and saying that are unable to secure the stock. Complaint to Customer Service and insult me with a 300 yen (2.7 USD) compensation for a 800 USD order.

I bought a bottomless brunch deal for 3 people. £54 in total.You have to book your table, but they do not inform you of available dates until AFTER you have bought the tickets.Every weekend was fully booked until the expiry date of the voucher.I requested a refund due to this reason, 10 minutes after purchasing. My emails have been ignored.

The telegraph have taken £25 out of our account for a subscription that we don’t even have. Partner rings up to ask for a refund to get our money back. Telegraph states that the only way we can get our money back is to sign up for another subscription and then cancel it in three months. Partner does this only to realise afterwards that it’s a minimum term of 6 months (3 of which will be £25 a month). So essentially we are now having to pay £75 to get back £25 for a subscription that we didn’t actually have in the first place. How are they getting away with this!

Why target had to act like I steal something from their store? It’s because of how I dress? I don’t get why that lady came out of nowhere and check my bag while I was check out the items. I thought, she probably gonna help I remove the security tag but my daughter still had her security tag on without taking it out by any employee. One of the pant didn’t have a tag hang on the it but it was in the pocket, so I just use that tag but I been told that it’s not the real one. After checking out, she ask me to check the bucket but it was empty. Target’s employee need to do a better job on organized their products. Don’t just leave anything as it is and act like someone is stealing something from them. I never had this disrespectful service before. The day before, I bought something at target app that cost $97 but charged me $120. So I contact customer service and they blame on my bank. Better check your account after buying something from target app. Disrespectful service and bad organization.
