Waited 10 days for pay out only for support to tell me my account was “suspicious” and they ask for a photo of my Instagram account, after which my payment would be put through within 48 hours only for support to then say they would NOT be paying out and that my Instagram content (completely unrelated and not adult in nature) was “breaking rules” and now I can no longer use BMAC. I will also add that my account wasn’t deemed suspicious until I contacted support.Don’t waste your time on this site.

This app is awful. They banned my account for being “under 13” when i am a 26 year old woman with my face clearly in all videos. They have rejected two appeals where I showed my ID and the code they needed and they have ignored every request for support by email. This app censors anyone who is not far right. They have used this invalid excuse to cull my account. I hate this app. Do not waste your time on it because they will destroy all your progress in a day. Pathetic.

PLEASE do not put your money in this exchange!These people literally locked my funds and I pleaded for explanation for days unitl they told me that they are closing my account in 72 hours and that I need to convert my crypto into cash and send it to my bank account. But before they told me that they've put all of my crypto on hold so I can't even convert it!I've lost all of my money without any reason and they are literally getting away with it. No response for 2 days, no help from anyone. I've done nothing wrong to even have my account closed not to mention being robbed like this.I hope nobody ever puts a single cent into their exchange. They deserve to be in prison.Update: I got my money in the end after almost a week of frustration and spamming to their customer support and writing on forums. Nevertheless, this is still the worst customer support ever and I think they won't last long with this kind of behaviour.
