Very simple and user friendly. I grew so tired of the mammoth, convoluted, over bearing, behemoth of a mess that is Norton. Bitdefender is straightforward, no hidden bs, doesn’t cost as much or chew up a mass amount of space on the computer. I like the app as well. Great experience thus far

I have this app on my phone and use it to book adhoc tourist trips when travelling home and abroad. I feel they do their local research and publish/ offer popular places to see or activities to do. Reliable fair pricing and easy to get on the tours, as you are provided a meet up location which may or may not be at the attraction/activity. I recommend to allow 15 mins buffer prior to published meet up time to allow for finding and getting a good place in a queue.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I placed an order and immediately realized I had put in the wrong shipping address and there was no option to change it OR to cancel the order. I called a service rep and they told me they would send my order to the right address and send me a confirmation which never came. I then called again and they told me they would cancel my order with a confirmation which again I never received. I reached out 6+ times and have received a different answer every time. One told me they couldn’t do anything, another said they would cancel it, the other said they would change the address, one said it was already delivered, etc. None of them gave me the same answer and they refused to give my money back. I have shopped here for years and have always been satisfied until now. I can say I will never ever be buying from this joke of an establishment again. The customer service is just horrific.

Been a user for 3 years now, the app is only becoming worse.Ever since Elon Musk bought this site there’s been nothing but pointless changes and awful updates.The site is fun at times but gets boring after like 30 minutes of scrolling.Also, the comment sections are awful. It’s just a bunch of people saying “ratio” and OnlyFans models at this point.
