I placed an order with IKEA e-shop in Greece on 16 June 2024. I waited patiently for a month (!!!) because I didn't need the products urgently and I have better things to do with my time than complain to customer service. Then I got a notice that "my order has been completed". That was around 17 July. So I called IKEA, and the first representative I spoke with said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. So I called again (waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes each time). The second rep said the same. Never got back to me. Then again, with a third rep. Then AGAIN, with a FOURTH rep. They STILL haven't got back to me, a month and a half after I placed my order!Meanwhile, I was beginning to need some of the products I had ordered, so I had to purchase from another site. I ordered on Wednesday 31 July and today, 2 August, the merchandise has already arrived. This is the SECOND time an IKEA order has been delayed. And most certainly, the LAST time I will ever order from IKEA.

If I could put 1/2 star, I would. Home advisor matched me with an "Angi Pro" and I joined for $30/yr to save 20% on my weekly lawn service. They booked my appointment for 5/31 @ 10 am. That day. I get a generic t3xt saying my appointment has been rescheduled to Friday, 6/3 @ 10 am. I wasn't thrilled, but figured, ok, we'll see how it goes. Lo and behold, at 6:44am on Friday 6/3 I get ANOTHER text saying it's rescheduled AGAIN to Tuesday, 6/7 @ 1 pm. I cqll Home Advisor to ask what is going on and they told me "no, They're coming today and the Tuesday is for the recurring weekly appointment. " The representative assured my service would be done today starting at approximately 10 am (allow for traffic, etc... Im pretty reasonable). I come back to house at 2 pm and... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE !!! I look in my email and at 1030 or so one from the "pro" shows as that it is being rescheduled and under reason "for the convenience of my route." WTH ????!!!! Then why did you move me from TUESDAY TO FRIDAY ???I called Hime Advisor and they did not seem to care at all ! I said forget it. I'm done with you guys. Refund my membership fee. If not, I'll just dispute it with my bank. Then shesays, we'll ill give you a $10 credit for a future project. I said you don't understand, I Will NEVER use this service again !!!

I have had many difficulties with ActiveCampaign. First of all, it took them two weeks to solve the issue of my account login. Then to solve the problem with the emails not going out, I contacted 3 different customer service people at ActiveCampaign. They always asked me the same questions and gave me no solution other than to watch a video. I decided to pay a fee to a person who knows the platform to solve the problem. He fixed it in minutes and told me that the ActiveCampaign people were able to fix it or guide me through it. I would like to point out that a Spanish speaking lady that I contacted on the Strabaganza event webcast was the most diligent and professional, directing my problem to a Spanish speaking person. Of course, the solution to the problem had to be paid for by me and I had to pay for the services of a person who does not work for ActiveCampaign. I was surprised with the service, but unfortunately it is the tool that was recommended to me by my real estate funnel platform provider. I hope not to have any more difficulties in the future, the communications with the ActiveCampaign team are very tiring and do not provide solutions.

I'm living in EU territory and I very frequently order from this site meaning at least 3-5 times per year!! I was socked when I came here to see reviews about VS (just for fun) and came across to all the one-star-reviews that have nothing to do with my own experience! I do trust the company because I never had any problems with my purchases, always recieved every single item on a standard delivery time in 1-2 weeks. I had once problem with an item that appeared to be in stock but then it wasn't and upon contacting with online customer service, they fully refunded me back the amount of money between 3-5 working days back into my bank account, it just came in many small portions and may have lost a euro or something because of the difference in currency ratios. I'm just genuinely in shock reading the bad reviews here, I can honestly say that if I was a first time customer and considering buying from VS, these reviews would have stopped me from doing it. So I don't know what happened to these people but to me it is as if they are describing another company. I'm not sure if I can trust the bad reviews here, because of my personal good exprerience with VS. VS site might actually be one of my top trusted websites that I like to buy from, I never feared I might lose my money, the quality of the products is very good and I do trust the reviews of the products in VS site from other customers and I trully believe that the customer service is one of the top that exists and I always feel like whenever I wanna reach them out, I can do it and actually talk with a VS's representative. So for me it has the best customer service, really helpful always and the most important thing is that every single time I have the best buying experience, and trust me I have seen from other companies the horrifying experience of not letting people know what's happening! One constructive critic about VS is that they should fix the site's bugs, like the limitation of 30 products per order and the fact that when you add the same item it goes down in the list instead of showing at the product that is now 2 pcs. Hope my review will help people clarify a few things and help them make the right choice for them.

While their servers for The Crew 2 are fine, when I try to use the car horn/siren, on some occasions the siren doesn't work. Might be a glitch after an update for the US Speed Tour East. I just wanna use my custom made police car to stop the griefers from ruining the experience for other players. Because as of right now, I'm trying to protect the innocent gamers from harm. Hence my LawWonder namesake. The Gamer Cop from Justice City. Makes a great movie title, doesn't it?
