Ever since bowing down to the stronghold of corrupted government influence, they have created a disenfranchise campaign to undermine & restrict your human rights such as social equality & justice for all. ""WE" the people must not condone this type of treatment by any corporation, big tech company or corrupted government officials. I encourage the people of nations to stand up against these entities and fight for what is right & learn more about any companies ethical practices before making an investment.

Like the other reviewer here, Wired.com asked me to buy a subscription to read more articles, which I did. Payment took 2 minutes, but now 3 days later I still have no access. Only thing i got was a paypal receipt and an email saying that my subscription details would be supplied to me shortly (which has not happened). I called their support phone who said that they have not registered my payment and that they cannot find my subscription in their system. She would not refund me either. None of my emails have been answered by Wired, nor have they replied to paypal regarding the dispute i have opened. Wired.com. A news outlet about technology. Who cannot get something as simple as a digital purchase working for them in 2019. 30 years after the invention of the web. Unbelievable.It is their problem that their store does not work, if they do not want customers the so be it. But please improve your support and customer service. Stop sitting on your hands and at least try to help your customers instead of just replying to problems with silence and reject.

We’re a family of 6 and have booked a trip based on accommodation we found on VRBO. A few months out the host cancels because she’s released she put the property on for too cheap and wants more money. Vrbo literally don’t care. All the available accommodation is at least double the price. We have already paid for our flights and ski passes. I can’t leave a review about the host so that other people don’t get scammed by her because I have not stayed in the property! I know I won’t get the full refund amount as it is a foreign currency and our credit card provider always gives a poor exchange rate on refunds. I’m out of pocket on the refund and I either have to pay significant amount more on accommodation at least USD2k more or lose money on flights and ski passes which is even more either way this is out of our budget. I was promised a phone call and instead I got a pathetic email. Word of advice if you’re going to Big Sky do not book a property hosted by Denise Dahl, “Adorable 2 Bedroom 2 bath condo”. Vrbo clearly only cares about their hosts and not their guests as they offer no protection to the guest.

I received a cancellation from the owner because the house had some damages but then I di not receive full refund! I have been trying to find a customer support line BUT THERE IS NONE! How is it possible to have a booking platform where too many things can go wrong without a support line?! Really not recommended!

So after I was banned in the middle of january for a false accusation I have been ignored by the support. They reached back to me 4 times but with just the same two messages copy pasted that obviously shows that they do not read my messages or takes me seriously at all.They banned me the 16th or 17th of january with no explanation. I am "violating" their guidelines, but after actually reading their guidelines I can see that this is complete lie. I do NOT violate any guidelines at all!I have been sending a message every week for about 2-3 months to ask for an update and sometimes recapping my situation and now they are just ignoring me.They do not care about their users and are just kicking people out that follow their rules because they feel like it. But people who actually breaks their rules are allowed to stay. It's messed up and stupid.

I'm might be late to the trend here, but tiktok is not as bad as I thought it was(which hurts me to admit 😑).Most notably, their shopping feature called tiktok shop. Once you try it you can never go back to the normal online retail or fashion shopping websites. The thing is that you can choose products by looking at real videos of real people showcasing them, which makes the whole process just SO much easier than trying to decipher low quality pics and imagining dimensions using rules and stuff

Although the problem was solved, I had to fight a lot for it. I was charged for a free trial and they insisted that it was my mistake and that there are no refunds. I don't know how they have a no-refund policy knowing that their website has problems when canceling the trial. 😁

Absolute disaster. Customer filed a chargeback which was closed in our favor 4 months ago. PayPal since then kept saying they never got the money from the customers bank. After the bank provided us proof that they sent the money to PayPal 4 months ago. Now PayPal confirms that they got the money but they don't feel like releasing it to us, because in case the bank reconsiders their decision (complete nonsense). Every customer support agent keeps repeating same script and has no clue what to do. Back office says wait 75-80 days, which long have already passed, and now simply ignoring our requests. All complain channels are exhausted with no result. Thousands of dollars lost due to PayPal's disastrously bad operations.

I've had a problem with two sellers. Their items were either inaccurate or damaged or both. I posted pictures in my claim for a refund, the seller was incredibly rude. After i sent proof customer service said your item is as described, case closed. AND THEN because i wanted a refund, couldn't rate the horrible seller! This site SUCKS!!!
