Review of foxnews
I've been watching fox news since 911 and trusted their coverage until lately. I still trust their prime time lineup with Tucker, Hannity, and Ingram but besides these few honest shows they have clearly stopped being both fair and balanced and now are not only allowing this election to be stolen but are actively helping with the early Arizona call in the election, and Chris Wallace's clearly biased questioning in the first debate. Fox needs to clean house and fire Chris Wallace and the whole decision desk for the election amongst others. My family and myself are about done with fox unless some real changes happens quickly.

Review of expedia
We booked a hotel in Conway, South Carolina and wanted to change the dates by one day. Reached out to customer service and was told to cancel the reservation and that they would request a waiver and we could change the dates. Upon cancellation of the $400 reservation we were told that a waiver would not be granted, and our insurance was not valid Because no one was in the hospital or passed away. Expedia said they reached out to the property and they denied our request for a cancellation and rebook. But when we spoke with the property, they never talked to Expedia and they had no problem with the change. Talk to a supervisor with customer service and they said that as their policy That their instructed to advise cancellation request a waiver, but it is up to the property to approve the waiver. Again, she said the property said no but when we spoke for the property, they denied speaking with Expedia and any form. We could’ve booked an extra day for $70 but instead we were out at $350 that we booked and the insurance that we paid for and Expedia kept saying sorry. When I ask by the gentleman who told us to cancel, didn’t say sorry that we had booked a Nonrefundable room instead of offering a waiver after cancellation she said again that it’s a policy. We have used Expedia for years, but this is the last time.
Review of xero
Xero is so unbelievably frustrating to use. It seems that they have no idea what users need, or they make no attempt to fix it. For user interface, I'd give it a Zero. Finding almost anything in the menu, another Zero. Applying Rules automatically from bank feeds, that's about a 2, because some work well - some of the time. When Xero suggests the wrong Rule, and you have to try and figure out why, and then re-build a rule - well that process deserves a negative 5! I'm only still using Xero because my accountant apparently likes it.
Review of uniqlo
The worst customer service. I paid for two items online, but only one was shipped to me without any prior contact. Okay. However, now it's been a month, and I've been waiting for the funds that were held in my PayPal account for the item that was out of stock to be released, but nothing is happening. When I contacted customer service about this issue, they insisted that everything is fine, despite my having received confirmation from PayPal that it's Uniqlo's fault. I didn't expect such shockingly poor service from such a large and reputable company.

Review of oculus
Awful experience. Do not buy directly from Oculus if at all.I tried buying a Oculus Quest 2 64GB directly from Oculus. It took ages before my order status was updated so I contacted support. They said it was paid for and in the system, I should get it shortly.Next day, still no update. Customer support now say that they have no stock, have no idea when they will get any in and will not refund my money! They want to wait to see what happens about the stock situation.I think this is probably illegal so I shall be seeking redress.I plead you to buy from Amazon or anywhere else but Oculus directly.

Review of siteground
The service at Siteground is second to non. Gospodin A provided top-notch service. Helping me above and beyond to transfer my sites to a different plan and answering my questions. He even made natural small talk. Felt like talking to a friendly tech superstar. The platform is easy to use and user-friendly for a non-tech person. I have been using it for more than 7 years and I like the improvements to help the user navigate with FAQs and self-help. But allowing users to talk to a live person is priceless.Keep it up guys. With everyone using AI, a human touch is always appreciated.

My company has an Amazon business account created in Europe with the company's registration and VAT number.I logged in to the American amazon.com site to order an article that was much cheaper in the US. During checkout, I was asked for my company's tax ID number for customs purposes, which is the same as the VAT number. When I downloaded the invoice a week later, I could see that Portuguese VAT had been added, but Amazon had failed to provide a legally valid invoice indicating under which VAT number they had paid the VAT and indicating my company's VAT number. As such, this negligent invoice would not be valid for reclaiming the VAT paid. How is it possible that the world's largest online retailer doesn't know how to issue a valid invoice? They only care about their own tax optimisation. To hell with the customers' tax documentation. Also, VAT should not be charged when they sell to a VAT-registered company in the EU.When I got support on chat, they kept claiming it was a personal account, which it isn't. They forwarded me to a phone call with someone with an Indian accent on a distorted line where the sound kept dropping out so he could not hear what I was saying. That support agent also claimed it was a personal account. It turns out that Amazon is laying a trap for European business accounts logging in to the US amazon.com site, as amazon.com treats them as personal accounts, and without warning the user about it. The account already knew my delivery address, so how is the user supposed to know that a European business account, which works on amazon.com, is treated as a personal account on amazon.com?I wasted most of an hour on that support call, which ended with the agent sending me a paid return label.I later tried to see if I could create a separate business account on amazon.com, but it will only accept businesses in the US, so amazon.com clearly does not want business customers outside the US.I placed my first Amazon order on amazon.com in 1997. Once upon a time, customer service from Amazon was great, and prices were competitive. Much too often today, it's third-world customer service, and you can often find the same products cheaper elsewhere. No wonder they have to lay off staff.

Review of lenovo
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a phone on 27th Feb. UPS emailed saying it would be delivered on 5th March, then 6th March. I contacted Lenovo and said that the phone had been returned to them after a problem at customs. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and spent the next weeks trying to find out when it would be delivered. People always apologised for the delay, but were never able to say when it would arrive, said I could get a reduction when it did arrive. On 18th March I asked how I could escalate the query - at which point they cancelled the order and returned the money. I ordered the same model phone from Argos and collected it the next day. Shop local.
